Jaebum heard the front door opened and closed as he was buttoning up his shirt, getting ready to go to college.

Jinyoung, he went alone.

Although he was free and not necessarily stick to Jaebum all the time anymore, they always go together, spent their time as they exchange stories along the way to the campus.

This time, Jaebum had to drive alone, in a not very warm weather with an empty passenger seat next to him. The air felt so thick and cold without someone sitting on the empty seat telling an interesting story about how he found a new book in the library, about how he fell asleep in the library, and other library stories he had.

Jaebum parked his car close to the main door. He got out from his car and saw Jinyoung walking in from the gate, hands both in his pocket, protecting them from the cool air. Head held low, Jinyoung walked to the main door and disappeared from Jaebum's sight.

"You have to tell me what happened"

"Shi- dude! Can you not suddenly talk behind me like that??" a hard slap was given to the boy behind Jaebum who automatically winced from the pain.

Jackson was there the whole time observing the odd behavior of the couple. Why Jaebum came alone without Jinyoung sitting beside him, and why Jinyoung appeared from the front gate by himself, walking, instead of in the car with Jaebum.

"Mark's not here yet?" Jaebum asked.

"No. Not yet. He's still in L.A probably having fun with his boyfriend" Jackson shrugged.

"Come on Jack don't think like that! Who knows he has another important business to take care of right now"

"yeah right.." Jackson paused "So tell me what happened" He remembered the main topic Jaebum tried to put aside. They walked in to the building avoiding the people in the parking lot.

"Nothing. Just.. we argued a little"

"Are you sure? 'A little'? It doesn't look like 'A little' to me hyung"

Jackson was right. It wasn't.

"I'll tell you but not here."

Just then, Youngjae walked pass them along with his loyal friends, Yugyeom, a 19 year old tall ass guy -the height didn't match his age- and a slim cocky guy, also a 19 year old, with a pair of long legs Jackson envied all the time since the beginning of the year. He winked to Jaebum and caused Jaebum to punch the locker behind him. "Bitch"

"You hate your ex that much huh?"

Without saying a word, Jaebum left Jackson and got in to his class.

Jackson went straight to the empty chair next to Jinyoung and sat there.

"Jinyoungie! How are you!" he lightly tapped Jinyoung's shoulder.

"Hey Jackson.. I'm fine. You?"

"You sure? You don't look like fine at all"

"I'm fine!"Jinyoung repeated with a happy expression to make sure that he was truly fine and for Jackson to not ask any further question and interrogate him if he looked not fine.

"okay.. but Jaebum didn't look fine at all.. I'm wondering if something happened to you guys" he shrugged and took out his books.

"What do you mean?" Jinyoung knew where this statement was leading. His friend wanted to know something from him and he started to fish a sensitive topic from Jinyoung from the way he spoke.

"I met Jaebum and he came alone and you too, came all by yourself, using the bus which you, usually in the car with Jaebum."

"Is something wrong with that? I just want a different atmosphere. You know, being in the car every time makes you bored.." he explained.
