Author's pov :

After their lovely argument and madhu making rk sleep next to her madhu too lay next to him making sure they don't touch each other. After some time she fell in her beautiful sleep on the other side rk was sleeping peacefully after his war sometime back with the couch,Only to be kicked by his pretty wife in his thighs now.

Rk : ow.....F***k..  Its paining like he'll.

Rk saw her side only to get his painful scowl replaced by his *Dimple smile* to see his queenbee sleeping like a baby. He finally feels like he is living again. He recall 's when they both were together it happens every night. And it will be his routine to woke up screaming in pain in middle of the night because of his wife's not so innocent kicks. But when next morning he tells her about her deeds all she does is to scowl at him and say, "So what you love me so bare with me"  and his reply will be like "pleasure in pain forever"  after it they both share a eye lock followed by lip lock and.. *blushing*§everything.
Rk smiles sadly and pushed her legs little from his thighs they lay down in his arms facing her throwing his other arm on her petite waiste and pull her to him In the position her face is buried In his chest his face In her hair, her hands one lying on his torso and other on his chest, her legs tangled with his. Once madhu feel familiar warmth hitting her she came closer and cocooned herself on his chest. Rk couldn't help smile lovingly at his wide and kiss her forehead.  With this out hero too got into his peaceful sleep hoping not to be the victim of her kicks again.

Mumbai - kundra mansion :

Sultan came home after completing his case. It was already past 11:30 so he very well know that everyone would have retired to sleep. But he was astonished when he found aayani sitting in the corner seat couch near the French window facing the garden. If anyone could see it will be like she is sitting and admiring the garden. But he very well know about his wife. She will not sit admire something in midnight leaving her beauty sleep and more to it sitting in dark. She is scared of darkness,but now she is sitting one. Sultan could easily say that she is worrying about something. He walked towards her only to stop hearing her sobs. Is she crying?  But for what! Upto my knowledge I didn't even fight with her today I know it's a surprise for me to. But now why she is crying? 🤔 he was talking to himself. (at last he too lost his nuts in love 🙈😂). He went near her and slightly straightened his throat but our aayu was in her world that she didn't acknowledge his presence. He tried once again but it went fruitless so he kept his hand on her shoulder slightly nudged her making her to jump up in shock.

Aayani : su...sul..sultan...omg! You scared me.

Sultan : Hmm.ya I am sorry, but what to do you madam was in Little own world didn't even acknowledge my presence.

Aayani : in small voice. O. I am sorry I was lost somewhere.

Sultan : ya I could see that! So tell me why we're you crying?

Aayani : I was not crying.  Nervously!

Sultan :  *rolling his eyes* ya I can see that with loads of sarcasm. Now don't you dare lie to me spill it out already yaar I am already worn out from work now I don't have energy to take your nothing wrong b**l s**t. Got me now tell me already.

Aayani : after taking deep breathe. Nothing like that Sultan. I was just lost in thoughts that's all now you tell me how was your day?  Did you have your dinner?  How stupid of me you won't have outside food na, OK you go freshen up let me just re.heat the food for you.

With that she turn Back to walk towards kitchen only to be stopped by furious Sultan. Who pulled her roughly to him and caged her in his arm. Now she was literally sandwiched between him and the French window.

Sultan : Got over with your caring speech?  If so now tell me what's wrong and why we're you crying?

Aayani : Sultan I am telling na.....

Sultan : he became so furious that he punched the French window with full force. Aayani jumped by his sudden action. And she can see blood oozing out from  his knuckles because of his deed.

Aayani : Omg Sultan are you mad!  Who does that In their right mind. Wait let me go and get first aid box for you.

Sultan : NO unless and until you tell me the reason behind your crying I will not let you treat me.

Aayani : shouting. I am telling you na nothing why can't you understand and leave that 😫

Sultan : Ow.. OK then I am off to sleep good night.

Aayani : Sulu ... Wait...

In whimpering tone. Sultan stops in the middle after hearing his pet name by her after long time.  He takes deep breathe to calm himself down and goes near her who Is now crying silently. He takes her hand and pulls herself to his chest and hugs tight to tell her that he is with her. And he put her hand on her hair to calm her down

Sultan : What's wrong aayu?.

That's all it took her break down in front of her. Hugging him tightly she said in low voice. If he was not near her he would have missed it.

Aayani : I killed someone.

Sultan (Reader's) : What??
