Katelyn's pov
I can't freaking believe it. I'm making out with Austin Grayson! I honestly wanted to slap myself. This is a nightmare! Yet I didn't slap him or didn't even break the kiss..
Why why whyyyyyyyy?! He didn't break the kiss either. He was obviously very satisfied with himself as he got what he wanted. The kiss was nothing like I've ever had before. More much powerful and special in a way. After a while he broke the kiss with a devilish smirk on his face..
".. You got your kiss"
I hissed. He smirked some more and nodded lightly.
"Indeed"
We were just standing there very awkwardly. But I couldn't take it anymore, I grabbed him and pulled him closer, crashing my lips on his again. He responded by kissing me back and he held me close. We had chemistry couldn't deny it. I pulled away and tried to pull myself together.
"I guess I'll see you at school then.."
He smiled. I didn't know what to do other than nod. He was about to leave when he turned around and took something out of his pocket and threw it on my bed. It was a silver chain necklace with The "K" of Katelyn..in diamonds on it.
"N-no"
I whispered. I couldn't accept such a thing. Austin frowned.
"Don't you like it?"
I nodded. Of course I did there was just no way I could accept this. Why would Austin give it to me anyway? I've never seen any of his girlfriends wearing something like that... not that I am his girlfriend of course.
"I just.. Can't accept"
Austin sighed and took the necklace and stepped towards me. He gently removing my hair out of the way and obviously without permission, he put it around my neck and smiled.
"Its my way to say sorry for lying. On that one I admit I went too far"
I couldn't believe my ears. Austin Grayson just.. APOLOGIZED?! He chuckled lightly at my face before placing a soft kiss on my neck. He then left, giving me one last smile. I looked at the beautiful necklace and smiled. When did he get that necklace anyway? When he left, I decided I had to get dressed. But instead of putting on a sweatshirt and leggings or something, I took out some shorts and a crop top. My mom had gotten me those one day but I never wore it. I went to the bathroom, took a shower and put on the clothes. I even decided to wear make up for once. When I looked into the mirror, I didn't even recognize myself. I finished the look with putting my hair in a high ponytail and putting a scrunchie on my wrist as an accessory. I looked different.. but a good different.
I was sitting in the car with my brother as we were driving to school. I had seen the look he gave me when I came downstairs in this new look.
"Sooo will you tell me why you look suddenly look like that sis? Like just saying but I preferred my little sister wearing sweatpants and hoodies.. why would you be trying to grab boys attention now?"
Duke raised his brows suspiciously. I shrugged and rolled my eyes. Slut...did I really look like a slut? I did look like one of the popular girls... but it was my choice to wear these clothes! I thought duke would now just shut up and drive, But soon he noticed the necklace.
"And where did you get that?!"
He looked closer at it and frowned.
"Who gave you that kate?"
Kate.. My nickname well the nickname my brother gave me. When he calls me Katelyn he is mad. So for all the other days when he doesn't want to kill me, he calls me Kate.
"None of your fucking business"
I groaned and put on my music not listening to his other stupid questions. When we arrived Amy was already waiting for me. I got out of the car but couldn't help but notice Austin. And let me tell you his jaw dropped when he saw me.
