Chapter 14: Selena

Taylor's P.O.V.

Sneaking up the stairs, I hoped my parents wouldn't hear me. It was obvious they hadn't checked on me since I didn't receive a call. Running into my room, I quickly closed my door behind me. 'Didn't get caught.' I thought with relief.

I quickly changed into my pajamas. Before getting into bed, I pulled my phone out of my satchel. Plugging my phone into the charger, I set it on my nightstand. Crawling into bed, I checked the time on my phone. 12:45. Placing my phone back on my nightstand, I then closed my eyes.

I couldn't believe that Nick and I got together. It would be awkward since I did date his brother. Not to mention Selena dated him. But oh well. This was all worth it, right? I just hoped Selena wouldn't be mad at me. Closing my eyes, I slowly drifted to sleep.

Around 2 in the morning my phone went off. Sleepily, I grabbed my phone and sat up in my bed. My eyes widened as I realized who the text was from. 

Selena: Hey Tay! Guess what? I'm coming home! I;m leaving Paris real soon. Can't wait to see you :)

My eyes remained wide. Selena! Coming back already? I thought she was supposed to be in Paris for a year. Apparently not. Part of me wanted her to come back, and the other half didn't. I still had no idea how she was going to react to me dating Nick.

Should I tell her? Staring out into space, I thought about if I should tell her, Probably shold wait to tell her in person. Also should probably ask if it's okay with Nick that I tell her. He would probably want to tell her in person too. Now I was excited for Selena to be coming back.

Me: Can't wait to see you....

Selena: Me either, well the flight is gonna start soon. So see you soon! :)

Tossing my phone back on my nightstand, I pulled the covers over my head. Selena was coming back, and soon for the matter. Hopefully she wouldn't be mad. Especially since she had Justin. She wouldn't be mad, right? All I could to is hope.

Sleeping was the only way to relieve this stress. I kept convincing myself Selena wouldn't be mad. She wouldn't. I would let her know. Just had to come up with a way were she wouldn't think it was coming. Oooh! I know!

Now I couldn't wait for Selena to come back. It was better for her to come back after a week instead of a year. I missed her; a lot. But more importantly, I couldn't wait to show Selena my surprise.
