Taylor's P.O.V.

Apparently the light hadn't turned green. Cars honked at me. I put both hands back on the steering wheel. Swerving out of traffic, my eyes widened as I made it to the other side of the intersection.

Looking in my rear view mirror, my jaw dropped. Two cars behind me crashed. I can't believe that I just did that. There was no way I could get in trouble. I had to stay out of trouble.Especially since Ray's party was tomorrow.

Looking back in my rear view mirror, I stared at the accident. People stopped and began surrounding the cars. Pressing on the gas, I had to flee the accident. Speeding up, I looked in my rear view mirrors when I heard sirens wailing. There were three cops chasing after me.

There was no way I was letting them catch me. Speeding up, It wasn't even my fault. I had to get out of here. Now! Putting full force on the gas pedal, I loosened my fingers.

Time to be bad. Locking my fingers arond the wheel, I began speeding down the lane. Looking in the rear view mirror, more cops were following behind me. I continued putting pressure on the gas pedal. Can this thing go any faster?

I drove through a red light. The cops continued following me. Groaning I shook my head. Why couldn't they leave me alone? It's not like I did anything bad. Turning another corner, I saw train tracks up ahead.

Looking back in the rear view mirror, they were all still following. But they weren't that close. I tightened my hands around the steering wheel. Staying focused on the train tracks ahead, I didn't even blink.

The red lights began flashing. The guards began going down. My car was on full speed. My adrenaline was pumping. All or nothing. All or nothing. In the corner of my eyes, the train was coming. The guards came all the way down.

My heart raced as the train came closer. My car smashed through the guards. My car reached the other side and the train ran across the track. I stopped the car. My eyes widened. My heart was beating so fast.

The cops wheels were screeching so loud Smirking, I got out of it. I was free! Slamming my foot on the gas pedal, my car skidded a little then took off. I had to get out here before the train was gone.

Luckily, I had made it in time. But I was still worried about that text. After that, I decided to wait until I got home. That way I wouldn't run into anymore trouble. Quickly, I drove home. I was still on edge about the cops finding me.

Parking my car in the driveway, I leaned over and took my phone out of my purse. I opened the text.

Mom: Taylor where are you? I thought you were going to be home quick.

Rolling my eyes, I shook my head. I ran a red light for that text? Throwing my phone back into my purse, I groaned. Over that text? Putting the strap on my shoulder, I then grabbed my shopping bag.

Getting out of the car, I closed the behind me. Locking my car, I quietly entered my house. My mom was already in the living room, waiting for me. Throwing the keys into the bowl on the small table by the door, I looked at my mom with an annoyed look.

"Taylor what took so long?" my mom asked. I rolled my eyes.

"It takes awhile to shop you know," I said in a duh tone. My mom was now annoyed. She raised her eyebrows.

"Do I need to ground you?" my mom asked seriously. I shook my head, then she nodded.

"Go to your room." she demanded. Quickly, I ran up the stairs and headed to my room. There was no way I was getting grounded.
