29- a new POV

Anthony's POV
"I'll be back in about 30 minutes tops," I tell Jane.
"Okay, stay safe," she says right before I leave.
I head out the door and go onto the elevator. Once I'm in my car I start to drive, about 3 minutes later I am turning at an intersection and suddenly everything is in slow motion. The car is upside down and I can hardly breath, there is a sharp pain in my abdomen, I can't move, time seems to have stopped, I suddenly remember Jane's words 'stay safe' without knowing it I betrayed her words. The last thing I hear before blacking out is "someone call 911" then the world goes black.
*Time Skip To After The Surgery*
I suddenly open my eyes and I am in a white room I don't recognize. I look to my left but quickly restrain when I feel pain shoot through my head and neck.
"He's awake!" I hear a familiar voice exclaim.
"I'll go tell the doctor," says another, just then I see a face I quickly recognize as Lin appear by me. I try to speak but am restrained when my voice is raspy and hurts, "shh, don't speak yet, I'll get you some water," says Lin and then he leaves. He comes back not 2 minutes later with a bottle of water, I take the drink and quickly down the bottles contents.
"Thanks Lin," I told say in a very raspy voice. Suddenly the door is opened by someone and I met with the beautiful face of my girlfriend.
"Anthony, oh my gosh! I was so worried, I told you to be safe WHAT HAPPENED?" She asks clearly distressed.
"I got in an accident?" I say but it comes out as more of a question.
"Well yeah, I figured that out. I'm just glad you're safe, the doctor says you're really lucky to be alive right now," Jane says with a smile and a relieved tone.
"Ha ha I see what you did there," says Lin randomly, it's only then that I realize that Jane quoted Hamilton accidentally.
"Okay well, that was nowhere near on purpose," Jane says laughing a little bit, we all laugh a little bit, I start to laugh but wince in pain.
"Why does it hurt for me to laugh?" I ask Jane.
"Because you had glass from the windshield in your abdomen," she tells me and I nod.
"How long until I can get out of the hospital?" I ask her and she giggles a little.
"Sick of the This place already?" She asks and I nod.
"WHERE IS HE?" We hear someone that sounds like Daveed shout.
"In here," Anthony says the minute that he walks into the room.
"WHAT IN THE WORLD DID YOU DO?" Daveed asks rather loudly.
"Okay One) calm down and Two) not. My. Fault," Anthony says  and we all laugh.
"Well, fine then," Daveed replies.
*Time skip 2 days later*
Today is the day that Anthony gets out of the hospital. We have a surprise party that we are throwing for him. Let's just hope that everything goes according to plan.
