The Talk

   
   You sat in the royal castle, on the royal throne thinking about the desperate look Varian gave you when he asked for your help, your help to destroy the royal family. "Please (Y/N), Help me make them feel the same pain and misery we have," Said Varian beggingly. You looked at him with an unsure face. "Think about all of the things they have done!!! They turned they're backs on us!!" He half-yelled with tears starting to swell up in his eyes. "I'm sorry Varian, but this seems wrong," you said solemnly. That's when he left, walking towards his fate of going to jail. " I thought you were on my side, I thought you trusted me, but you're like all the rest, turning their backs on me," those were his last words... The last time you spoke to him.

        But the past is in the past, or at least what you thought. The last time you've seen Varian was a couple weeks ago, even though you could easily visit him in the dungeon, he was just a couple doors away, so close, but you stayed away, stayed away from having the conversation, because you didn't feel ready to speak to him. Choices, choices,choices, why couldn't they be easy choices? You thought. Everything felt like a mess, like chaos. How you wished to be with him. You smiled remembering his childish, big grin whenever he was happy, when there was nothing to worry about, but that feeling can't be returned, because now you have worries, now you have to grow up, but it seemed too soon. This isn't the best way to handle this, you thought disapprovingly of yourself. I'm sick of this feeling, the feeling of sorrow and regret. You thought. "I must speak to Varian!" You said while gathering all of the courage you had, slowly walking to the place you've been preventing... the dungeon.

       I'm so sorry about the short chapter and I feel like I rushed things but the next chapter will explain it's self, this is kind of like the prologue which is why it's so short, and if you're wondering why I made another fabric, well let's just say is couldn't help myself.
