Chapter 7 Shocked

JACOBS POINT OF VIEW

FRIDAY

" Hey Beanie" I greeted Lucie whilst interrupting her and her friends conversation. She only has three other friends in this school and they were all really different compared to her. I'm pretty sure that the red head is Layla she's gossip crazy, then there's her lez be honest friend named Kacie she's always trying to feel Layla up but Layla never notices and then there's Stacie she doesn't say much.

Immediately Lucie and all her friends turned around and gasped.
Beanie became as red as a tomato and her eyes went wide.

" How long have you been standing there?" she asked as if she was talking about something secretive.

I decided to have a little fun with her

" Long enough"

" Oh my goodness forget everything you heard I was just joking around"

I chuckled and leaned down to her so we were only inches apart

" Your cute when you blush" with that I took a step back winked at her and walked out of the cafeteria.

For some odd reason I felt a wave of sadness hit me and all I wanted to do was to go back and hang out with Lucie.

" Jacob I need to talk to you" my thoughts were interrupted by Dylan's familiar voice. I turned around to see Dylan jogging up to me.

" Yeah Dyl what's up" I asked as we started leaving the school grounds to go to our usual secret hiding spot.

" Well you know Lucie Sala yeah well I was in detention yesterday and I was thinking she'd be a great bang so I'm taking her out this Friday if she says yes" he smiled proudly.

Immediately I was furious I grabbed Dylan by the collar of his shirt and shoved him onto a near by wall.

" You listen here Dylan you do not touch Lucie in anyway and if you do I don't give a shit if your my best friend I will break every bone in your body" with one last shove I kept on walking towards my hide out at the closest park.

I heard a laugh behind me

" Oh man I new you liked her god that was priceless I wish I had a video camera" he said as he started walking beside me.

AFTER SCHOOL

I spotted Lucie across the parking lot talking to Mr McPerfect of our school every girl is in love with him but Lucie looked annoyed.

Once I made my way to where they were standing they didn't realise I was there

"Come on baby I'll give you a ride home" I heard Brendan Prince say FYI Mr McPerfect

" For the last time Bren NO now leave me alone" Beanie replied her anger rising.

" But Ba-"

" I believe beanie here told you to leave" I interrupted while putting my arms around Lucies waist.
I felt her stiffen but when she looked up her expression went from being shocked to relieved.

The idiot went running as soon as he saw me so I turned to Lucie and asked

" Does someone need a ride home"

"Yeah thanks"

I took Lucies hand and tingles went up my arm I brushed it off thinking it was nothing and led her to my motorcycle. When Beanie saw the bike she stopped dead in her tracks.

"What you chicken" I smirked

She pulled her hand away from mine and hopped onto the bike with a sexy smirk on her face she looked really hot in the badass chick look. What am I thinking I don't like her that way.

" You know I need to get home but you could always take a picture than you would get to eye rape me when you want and I can get on with the stuff I have to do its a win win stuation" her smirk grew wider.

DAMMIT I felt the warmth go to my cheeks and quickly got onto the bike.

" So where do you live"

" The apartment block around the corner you can drop me off there" Lucie replied.

Once we arrived I remembered that I was failing maths

" Hey Beanie can you give me a tutor session today"

"Sure"

She started walking away and I followed her. When we entered the apartment I was shocked to see who was standing there.
Ashley Gonzala we all stopped doing what we were doing and just stared at each other I was starring at Ashley, Ashley was starring at Lucie and Lucie was starring at me.

"SHIT" we all said in usion

"What are you doing here Ash I thought you were going to work?" Lucie half whispered half shouted

" I called in sick and what is he doing here Lu " they were talking as if they were friends

At the same time me and Lucie said "Tutoring lesson"

Ashley sighed
"Let's just tell him and make him promise not to tell"

Once they finished telling the story I was shocked them complete opposites BFFS what the hell. Lucie and Ashley said that I could stay for dinner which was great cause then I wouldn't have to eat bin scraps but they had to go and buy it so they left me and said they'd be back soon.

I was in the middle of singing "Sponge Bob Square pants" along with the pirate when the doorbell rang. When I opened the door the lady that was standing there fell back and gasped she eventually passed out when I took a step out to see if she was okay I was shocked to see three other kids. One that looked around five or six another kid who looked around fourteen and then when I saw the other kid I gasped in shock it was like looking into a mirror .

"We'll talk later just get my mum inside so we can look after her" he said after a minute of just starring at each other.

To stunned to argue I picked his so called mum up bridal style carried her into the apartment and sat her on the couch. I turned back around and learnt the names of the kids the youngest was Charlie the middle aged kid was Danny and the eldest was Isaac. Apparently the lady was their mother and Ashley Gonzala was their sister.

I told them why I was here and found that I had a lot in common with Isaac.

Liza their mum started stirring so I walked over to see if she was okay.

Suddenly she lunged at me and gave me a bone crushing hug after mumbling something under her breath. Isaac had to pry her hands off me but she started screaming between sobs

"No no my baby"

Isaac reassured her It was alright and asked her why we looked the same. She kept repeating.

"Y-your twins"
