Chapter 21: 2 водород кислород

My eyes were practically bulging out of my head.

"Luna?" Jack said as he noticed the look on my face. I was in utter shock. No, no, no, no, no, this cannot be happening.

"Luna?" Jack said as he placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Luna?!" He said lightly shaking me. I couldn't find it in myself to answer. "Lun?" He called again.

He grabbed my jaw and twisted my head so I was looking at him, my eyes wide with fright.

"Luna, what's wrong?" He said. His face had a worried look on it.

"Ja- Jack." I stuttered. "Luna, what's wrong?" He said, his voice sturdy.

"Jack there's a ninth tattoo."

"What?" He seemed dumbfounded.

He looked down at my right wrist were my tattoos were and his eyes widened as he saw the ninth tattoo.

We both looked up at each other starting into each other's frightened eyes.

"What does it say?" He whispered. I was beyond scared at this point.

The tattoo read

2 водород кислород

"Hydrogen 2 oxygen, h2o." I said as I read the Russian words engraved in my arm.

That's why my arm was burning before.

"Water?" He asked. I nodded. "Well what exactly does that mean? Like, can you control water? What does it mean?" He said still starring at the tattoo. "I don't know?" I said shaking my head.

Jack got up and went into the bathroom. I heard the faucet turn on and then off and he came back with a glass of water.

"Okay," he said as he placed the glass on the nightstand next to me. "Try and, like..... I donno, control it?" He said.

He sat down next to me. "Go ahead."

I tried my best to concentrate and do something to the water.

Nothing.

I turned to look back at jack who was sitting behind me when I heard glass shattering. I was turned around looking at jack, his eyes were wide starring at the glass.

I was afraid to look.

I turned around and the glass had shattered around the water, which was still standing like it was in the glass still.

I moved closer and stuck my finger tip into the water, it didn't budge, it just sat there as if the glass was still holding it, but it wasn't.

Jack and I sat there starring at it for about five minutes before he spoke up.

"Well then, I guess you have a ninth power now." He said.

Jacks POV:

I think I know why she is gaining this ninth power.

I didn't think that this was even possible.

How was it possible?

This is absolutely insane.

I knew more about Radioactives than Luna did but I'm not going to say anything.

Other wise she'll found out our secret.

The secret that I wasn't ready to tell.
