Luna's POV:
I walked though the frozen streets of New York looking at all the people frozen in place. I still don't really know what is going on.
I was walking down an alleyway and was about to turn back into the street when I heard whistling.
I ducked behind a dumpster and peered out of the corner of the brick building I was hiding behind. There was a boy, brown hair, purple eyes.
He was obviously a radioactive but I wasn't sure of what exactly he was doing so I stayed hidden, but kept watching him. He has his hands buddies deep in his coat pockets while he walked, while also whistling. I was watching him when he stopped walking, his whistling stopped, and he turned around.
He saw me starring at him, I pretended to be frozen with the rest of the people but I don't think it worked.
"You don't have to pretend your frozen, I'm not going to hurt you or anything. I know your a radioactive." He smirked.
I stood of from my crouched position on the dirty ground, brushed my self off, and walked towards him.
"Hi, my name is Rixton." He held out his hand for me to shake. I shook it "My name is Luna." I smiled at him.
He gave me big grin. "So, your probably wondering why time is frozen, aye?" He asked.
"Um, yeah." I chuckled. "That's my power," he said. "I can freeze time for as long as I want to and it's like it never happened. Nobody ever notices, unless they are like you and have a force field. Force fields are the only thing that can resist becoming frozen like the humans. Except for me of course."
I smiled at him. "So that's why everyone else is frozen and not me. I understand." His grin still playing on his lips.
________________________Rixton and I had walked around New York for about an hour, getting to know each other.
"Well I really should get back now. It was really nice meeting you, Luna. If you ever need anything, make sure to give me a call." He smiled.
"Thank you, I will make sure to do that." I grinned. We exchanged hugs and went our separate ways.
Rixton un-froze time and walked off, making sure to give me one last wave.
I walked back to my new home, alone. As I was on my way back when I came across a graveyard. I started to walk through it because I had nothing better to do and I didn't feel like going back to the apartment right now.
It was on a slightly large hill and it was completely empty. I sat down near a large willow tree and looked out of the field of gravestones in front of me.
So many innocent people who were murdered were buried here, veterans were buried here, elders that had lived a long life were buried here, people with family's who cared about them were buried here, kids who barley even got started in life were buried here. So many different deaths for so many different reasons.
All of a sudden I heard a loud sneeze come from behind me. I peered around the large trunk behind me to see Jack sitting in front of a grave. I got up and walked over to him.
