Y/N POV:
For a second my mind and body froze in horror. What the hell is happening?BANG!
The loud noise made me look back behind me to find a classroom door had been pulled off the door frame and glass scattered the floor. I looked around and saw tons of students surrounding me, some blood dripping from their mouths others screeching and growling at me. I no longer thought of Kierra in that moment in fact I wasn't thinking at all I immediately just started to run. I knew the kids weren't far behind me I could hear them. Their heavy breathing and loud screams. They were fast but that didn't stop me from running faster.
My lungs started to burn as I tried running down the hallways trying to find a place to loose them. I made a sharp turn into another hallway on the other end of the school.
"I think I lost them." I muttered to myself. I continued to fast walk trying to find someone to help that wasn't going to eat me. That's when I saw my English teacher Ms. Smith her back facing me. Oh thank heavens! Someone that can help me I thought to myself.
"Oh Ms. Smith! I need your........." was all I could say because when she turned around I realized she was like the students in the hallway. The yellow eyes and pale skin. I started to turn to run but that's when she took out my feet and violently jumped onto my body.
I tried to breath but I couldn't. She had completely knocked the wind out of me. I started to wheeze trying to get oxygen into my lungs. She straddled my body as she attempted to bite at me, each time i pushed her off or punched her in the jaw. She dug her nails into my shoulders to hold me down and screamed in my face. I yelped in pain at the tight grip she had on my shoulders.
Without thinking I grabbed the thing closest to me which was a textbook. I took the textbook and hit her as hard as I could on the left side of her head. She instantly fell to the ground. I knew I had knocked her out cold. With the adrenaline going through my veins I got up and started to run with the thick textbook still in my hand. I didn't look back. Why would I? I wasn't about to find out if that "thing" back there was still alive.
Finn's POV:
When I finally got away from the weird blonde kid I ran into an empty classroom where I could catch my breath and collect my thoughts.
"Ok so I was just attacked by some sort of zombie and now I'm desperately hiding in a classroom. This is officially one of the weirdest days I have ever had." I muttered to myself.I peaked through the window on the classroom door and saw it was clear. I took a deep breath while gripping my pocket knife and ran out the door. I kept running until I came to the lunchroom. "Shit!" I muttered under my breath when I saw bodies laying on the ground and a few "zombies" walking about in the lunchroom. Without hesitation I ran in the opposite direction. Hoping they didn't see me.
Y/N's POV:
I started to sprint in the direction of the lunchroom as quick as my legs could carry me. I heard a distant scream from behind me. I looked back for a spilt second and then my body crashed into something hard knocking me to the ground.I slowly glanced up to see a pair of shoes. I hopped to my feet and instantly gripped the textbook and swung it at him. I was not about to let another one of these things attack me. He somehow dodged my swing. I tried to swing at him again.
"Woah! Chill out! I'm normal-I'm not gonna hurt you!" He yelled I looked up at him, studying his eyes and his skin then I slowly lowered the textbook when I realized he was clear. I had seen him around school before and had heard a lot about him. His name was Finn Wolfhard. He was one of those kids a lot of people talked about and everyone knew his name. All of his friends were known through out the whole school.
