7.) Tea and deep thoughts

A/N: I'm so sorry it's been a while. But I'm finally back! All I can say is that I have had writers block for a long time. It's just hard to figure out where I want to take this book. Anyway I got it all figured out though so hope you enjoy!

•The next morning•
Y/N POV:
I don't remember much after me and Finn's conversation in the elevator last night. All I remember really is the beep of the elevator and the doors opening for us. And now I'm here in this random bed lying awake staring at the ceiling. Which looks like a bunch of metal bars twisting and turning around one another. I lift my head up to look around and notice that I'm in a big empty room with lots of windows with the light shining through which made my head spin.

I hear voices that sound like they are in another room. They're muffled and I can't make out what they are saying. I carefully and slowly climb out of bed. I try to stand on my feet immediately regretting it as I fall to the ground while pain erupted in my foot. Giving me a nice reminder that I still can't walk. I looked down at my bandaged foot and saw purple outlining the bandage on my skin. It was bruised really bruised.

I groaned as I used the bed to help me off the floor. As I slowly stood up straight keeping my weight on my good foot. I walked more like limped over to the door trying to follow the voices. I carefully opened the door making a large creek as I opened it. I entered the large and almost empty room. (Picture above)

There was a nice living room area with couches a rug and TV. Off to the side there was a small kitchen area with a bar. The living room had small fairy lights hanging from the metal bar ceiling. There was 2 people in the room but I didn't really know them I recognized them from seeing them around at school and knew they hung out with Finn but that was it.

•earlier that morning•

Finn POV:
I woke up early with a bad head ache and couldn't go back to sleep. Last night I carried Y/N to my room and let her lay in my bed and I just crashed in the bean bag next to her. I don't want to freak her out more than she already is. And being in the same bed might be crossing some boundaries.

I wanted to make sure she was okay after the elevator she kinda passed out in my arms. I think after yesterday's events really drained her. I'm staring to really care about this girl and I don't want to ruin that. I know she doesn't trust me but I want her to I just don't know how.

I couldn't go back to sleep after waking up at the butt crack of dawn so I figured that when Y/N wakes up she is going to be in a lot of pain. So I might as well head into town and see if I can find an available store with some pain meds or ibuprofen or something. I grabbed my backpack and the keys to the big van on the hook and headed for the door.

Right when I was just about to open the door somebody of course stopped me.

"Yo Finn where you going?" Chosen's voice filled my ears.
"Just to run a couple errands"
"Oh well let me come with, maybe I can be of good help to you."
"No need, don't worry about it, really I'm fine."
"Oh come on dude don't be stupid and go out in that disaster alone it's literal suicide." he told me. Ugh he is was right but I really wanted to be alone for a while get some time to myself to think. I really need that right now.
"Fine fine whatever by the way why are you up so early?" I asked him.
"Ugh Ben woke me up saying he needed to pee and I tried-
"Hold on, where is he now?" 
"Oh I got Jack to babysit him for me for a while he seems to like him and Ben is really fond of him too."
"You are letting Jack watch a 7 year old boy?" I said raising my eyebrows.
"Yeah what's wrong with that?"he said obviously clueless.
"You know what? Never mind it's not important right now. I'm heading out to get some supplies. If we are staying here a while we are gonna need to stock up."
"You got it bro let me grab some bags and I'll tell Noah and we will head out."
"Why you got to tell Noah?" I asked out of curiousness.
"Cause he gonna come with us we could use another pair of hands plus he needs something to do since all he ever does is sit in his room and meditate."
