3.) Save my family

Y/N POV:
"Now are you coming with me or not?"

I sprinted out of the janitors closet with the wrench still in my grip. Finn refused to come with me, I don't blame him though. I was asking a lot from him, I mean why would he want to risk his life to help some random girl's family? But what was he going to do? He said he didn't have any family that needed saving and that they could save themselves. I instantly snapped back to reality when I made it to one of the back hallways in the school. I was trying to find the back exit, it was closest to my car.  Waiting at the back hallway was a zombie with deep yellow eyes. I jumped when I noticed it. It began to charge at me, before I could let it touch me I hit its head as hard as I could with the wrench immediately knocking it to the ground. Huh? Who knew that a monkey wrench could cause so much damage? I noticed that the wrench had weird black stuff on the top where I hit the zombie. I glanced down at the zombie and saw that Its head started to bleed, but the blood wasn't red it was BLACK! Dark black liquid was spilling from his brains!

"What the hell is that?!" I yelled in disgust. I had no time to determine what was happening, I ran off before more would show up.

Finn POV:
I took a glance at the window from the closet. Right after y/n left, a zombie decided to chill outside of the closet trapping me inside.

I need to get to my friends.
What about y/n?
I can't just leave her on her own.
No! You can't go back for her!
You could die! You made your choice and she made hers!
But I can't let her die!
I argued with myself back and forth in my brain while pacing the floor back in forth in the closet. Oh man I could really use a smoke right now to clear my brain and calm my nerves.

There was no time for me to debate with myself I know what I have to do whether it's right or wrong.

3rd person POV:
Y/n ran out of the school through the back. She sprinted towards her car unlocking it in the process. She ran right to the drivers seat and hopped in. As she looked down to put the key in she heard someone running towards her car.

She glanced up to see a zombie staring right back at her through the passenger seat window. At first he didn't do anything. He just stared at her. She very slowly reached for the lock button never leaving eye contact from the zombies eyes.

The sound was enough to set him off. He began to shake and growl violently. Y/n starred back at him in shock and terror, frozen in her place. He threw his head as hard as he could at the glass causing it to break in a million pieces.

The breaking of the glass was enough to bring y/n out of her frozen state. She screamed in terror when he tried to climb through the passenger car window. As if it was an instinct she hit his shoulder with the big wrench as hard as she possibly could. Hearing a loud crunch coming from the zombies head. He screeched in pain.

Then as quick as it happened he stopped squirming towards her and she immediately started the car. Speeding out of the high school parking lot onto the Main Street road. She stepped on the gas pedal increasing the speed of the car.

As y/n drove deeper into the city she saw something that made her realize everything that had just happened is real, it wasn't some nightmare you wake up from. She realized that her life would never go back to the way it was before that is if she even makes it out of this alive.

Y/N POV:
As I got deeper into the city and farther away from the school I saw something i could never unsee. The city looked like it was something that came completely out of a horror movie. A hundred different cars crashed into each other. Some scattered on the  roads others on the sidewalks crashed into objects like benches and cement walls. Everything was........on fire. The city was in complete chaos.
