Upon Attacking

Elsa's P.O.V.
"Hans, what do you want from me?" I was frustrated and mad at him. I actually trusted him for a time. But he had his flaws.

"I'm sorry. I didn't want to hurt you." I raised my eyebrows at this. Please. He was a power-hungry, psychopathic murder. Not one thing has changed about him.

"You may have gotten away this time. But you will not take advantage of anyone in this kingdom again. You might as well just go back from where you came from," I warned him, narrowing my eyes. I turned on my heel and walked out of the room.

"Are you okay?" Anna asked just to make sure. I just ignored her. Anger was building up in me again, but this time I was going to contain it.

"Anna, I'm fine," I replied sternly. I felt too disheartened to just ignore her. I walked to the throne room and called for a servant while Anna stayed behind. With every step I took, I felt ice forming on the floor beneath me. Subjects and servants stepped to the side, horrified of what I was becoming.
"Ready a ship," I called out. "Tomorrow we go to the Southern Isles." Servants scurried aimlessly to get a ship. Then I felt a tug on my cape from behind.

"Elsa, what are you doing?" Phoenix asked. I turned around and saw what I had left behind. The entire hallway was covered with a dull blue colored ice and jagged spikes protruding in every which way. That was what snapped me out of the trance I was in.

"Phoenix, what did I do?" I started panicking.

"Elsa, Elsa, it's alright. We'll fix this mess." But I still had to go to the Southern Isles. There was no getting around that.

"I can't. I have to go," I said sadly. It broke my heart to leave her to clean up the mess by herself. Anna was usually with Kristoff looking for a wedding cake or dresses and tuxedos.

"Then I'll do it," she volunteered.

I smiled and said, "Thank you."

"It's the least a sister could do." She left my side and started thawing the walls and floor.

"Kai? Gerda?" I called out to the servants looking for them. Two people, a man and woman, stepped out from the crowd of terrified people and bowed. I bowed my head as a sign of respect. "Please see to it that Prince Hans arrives at the ship on time."

"Yes, your majesty," they said in unison and hurried off.

"Tomorrow we head for the Southern Isles."

I let my down my hair from the braid it had been in all day, making it wavy. I put on my icy blue, silky nightgown and slipped into bed. I laid in bed for a little bit, eyes wide open just looking up at the ceiling. How could such a thing have happened to me? Then I remembered his eyes. Those entrancing light green eyes that left me dazed and entranced in my own thoughts and emotions. How was he feeling now? How could I have been so rude to him? Why did I care about all of this? Was I possibly falling in love?
