Taking charge

"Bye sis" Howler said heading for the door but was stopped

"Oh no, you don't you're not ditching me like last time mom put you in charge!"

"Oh yeah why not you said you're the oldest so I thought I might as well leave it to the oldest sibling"

"Nice try howler you're not getting to trick me so you can sneak off and hang out with your friends"

"At least I got friends"

"I have friends to"

"Yeah one out of a hundred"

"Will you stop trying to trick me just so you can leave the house! Mom put the two of us in charge and despite what you say I am still the oldest so you still have to listen to me"

"But if you're the oldest doesn't that mean you're the one that's supposed to be taking charge and not me"

"Well yes but ...hey!"

She shouted as she ran after a sister who ran out of the house before she could get far she tackled her to the ground

"Really you decided to tackle me like we're playing football?"

"We can't leave the pups alone let's go!"

"Fine!"

Once back inside they found the pups running around the house tearing it up as some of them were running around with toilet tissue and the others were drawing on the walls or just chasing each other with a frisbee

"Oh my ghoul"

Howleen said shocked at the destruction they did in such a short amount of time

"I leave for a minute and it gooses to destruction" howler said with a sigh

"Enough joking around help me with this"

Howleen said as she tried to stop her brothers from running around but howler yawned and sat on the sofa watching monsters got Talent on TV with Pawla, Pawla kind of looks up to Howler admiring her free spirit and trouble making attitude

"Hey howler"

"Hey Pawla"

"Aren't you supposed to help Howleen with the house?"

"Yeah but she's the oldest so I thought it would be best to let the oldest one take care of the job"

"But Mom put you in charge?"

"Yes I know but I'm sure Howleen got it"

She said as there was a crash, howler sigh and got up only for Barker to run into her

"Help me howler, Howleen is trying to kill me"

"Did you break something in the house?"

"Yes"

"Then you deserve it"

She said as Howleen came down the stairs messed up with paint and toilet tissue all over her

"I would ask what happened but I don't think I want to know," howler said trying not to laugh

"You have 2 seconds to help me with this or else I'm calling Mom and blaming all of this on you!"

"Fine fine don't have a fang over"

howler said rolling her eyes, Howleen and Barker went up the stairs to see the pups still running around making chaos until howler went into her room and grab a whistle, she blew on it making everything stop as all eyes were on her

"Alright you little destruction monsters, you had your fun, please clean up your mess and please behave like normal puppies"

She said tell them kindly as the little pup started snickering they didn't take her seriously until she pulled out a baseball bat and hit it on the wall creating a whole making them jump in Fright

"You have a minute left to get this place spotless or else this will be against your heads!"

She said more seriously as she held the baseball bat all the pups ran and started cleaning things as fast as they could, Howleen jaw dropped at this and couldn't believe how easily she gained control over the little pups

"Who said you don't need an iron fist to show who's boss?"

"That's because you're scary"

Barker said as howler pulled on his ear make it him Yelp

"Help them or else I'll duck tape you to the wall like last year"

She said letting go of his ear as he went to go help his siblings
