Chapter Thirteen

Tali's POV
Justin came back to get me. Don't get me wrong I'm happy and excited to see my "dad". But can I trust him?

The last time I saw him apart from today was when I was five and we were in a courtroom. I can tell he wants me back but I just simply don't trust him.

Why wouldn't my foster parents not let him see me? Or maybe he just didn't want to look like the bad guy ugh I don't know who to believe. "Justin can I really trust you I mean you left me for her." I asked.

"Tali I'm sorry but what else do you expect for me to say?" He asked. "What else do you want me to say you have to be kidding me." I said dangerously slow. "I'm sorry that I lied to you that night and I feel horrible and I really want you back and I'm willing to do anything." He said.

"You really don't know the pain you caused me." "That's why I want to make it up to you and I want you to come back and live with me!" "Dad- I mean Justin I don't know I need to talk to my parents."

I got out of the tree house and went back to the kitchen.

"How did the chat go honey?" My foster mother asked. "Um well he told me something and I want to know if it's true or not." I said while looking at the ground.

"Ok shoot." She said. "Well, he wants me to move in and um-." I got cut off by my mother. "Tali that's great news what's the other news?" She asked.

"Well, he said you forbid him to come get me five years ago because you didn't want him in my life is it true?" I asked with tears welling up in my eyes.

"Oh no, I was afraid this day would come." She said taking off her reading glasses. "Mom is it true?" I asked one more time. "Yes Tali it is true and I'm so sorry." She said with such disappointment.

Justin's POV
I really wonder what pain I caused to her. I'm such a douchebag, I'm a dick head no matter fact I'm every name in the book. I really chose sex over my own daughter.

Tali's POV
As soon as those words came out of her mouth I ran outside to find Justin sitting on the ground staring off in the distance. I decided to sit next to him and I hugged him.

"Daddy, I wanna go home with you I'm so sorry I loved and missed you over the years." I said while still hugging him.

I snapped Justin out of his daydream. And to my surprise, he was hugging me back and he kissed my forehead.

"It's okay princess I love you too now go up to your room and pack your stuff." He said. So I went to my room and packed all my stuff and said goodbye to my room.

Justin's POV
While I was sitting on the grass Tali broke me out of my trance. She was telling me how much she loved me and how she wanted to be with me. So I told her to pack up her stuff.

I walked back into the house I was right on time because Tali was coming down the stairs with her suitcase. As we were about to leave I mouthed a "thank you" to her mom and dad. Alex the foster mom smiled warmly while she cried.

"I'm glad to have my princess back!" I said while hugging Tali. "And I'm glad to have my dad back!" She said while hugging me back

At the house
Tali's POV
Daddy and I were walking up to the house it looked the same as when I left cozy and beautiful. Daddy carried my suitcases he was taking forever with the house key soo I got the spare one from under the fake rock.

Once I opened the door I looked around and everything looked the same. Except there was this woman with barely any clothes on. Cover your eyes children!

Then I got a flashback and realized it was Chantel.

"Hi, I'm Chantel!" She said while holding her hand out expecting me to shake it. "Don't act all innocent I know who you are bitch!" I said while moving her hand. "Listen here little slut I'm your daddy's girlfriend ok so if you want to keep him play nice you got that." She said getting all in my face.

"No, I don't get it now get the fuck out of my face before I slide your ass also take a shower your must lingers." I said pushing her back.

Then daddy walked in with all my suitcases. "So I see you two met." He said smiling. "Yep, she is just so wonderful and smart." She said with the fakest smile I've ever seen.

"I don't believe I can say the same for her." I said. "Tali!" He warned. "Dad she told me you didn't love me nor care for me when I was five I despise her." I gave Chantel the side eye.

"Chantel is this true?" He asked. She put on another fake smile and said: "Of course not babe I love Tali like she is my own daughter." "Tali why did you lie?" He asked.

"What do I need to lie for I'm not as fake as her!" I said while pointing to Chantel. "Just go pack your stuff then come to my room I think we need to talk." I rolled my eyes.

"By the way, I don't lie I inform the truth." I grabbed my suitcases and went to my childhood room. It looked the exact same as when I left.

I heard my dad yell: "Princess the room decorators are coming tomorrow to redecorate your room!" I simply shouted back an "Okay!".

By that time I just finished unpacking my stuff. I decided to go to the movie room and watch Believe with juju (my teddy bear).

I was about forty-five minutes into the movie when my dad and Chantel came into the cinema room.

"Aw, babe she is watching your movie!" She said interrupting the movie with her annoying voice. "I know it that's cute." Jesus can y'all shut your mouths I'm trying to watch a movie.

"Can y'all be quite I'm trying to watch a movie here jeez!" I said while mentally putting tape around their mouths. "Anyways how long have you been standing there?" I asked while still watching the movie.

"Long enough to make an Instagram post." He said.

Justin's POV
I heard a movie being played in the cinema room so I decided to see what Tali was watching. Turns out she was watching Believe. I thought it was cute so I took a picture and posted it on Instagram. I captioned it "glad to have back my baby."
