Chapter Twenty Three

"Hey, dad." I nervously laughed. "Go get your shi- go get your stuff out of your locker and meet me back here." He said angrily. What is my punishment going to be? I walked to my locker and grabbed my backpack. "Fuck, man!" I yelled as I punched my locker.

I quickly walked back to our meet place. "Go get in the car." He said. I quickly walked out of the school and to our black Range Rover. Okay, Tali calm down it's fi-. My thought was interrupted by the car door slamming.

"What the hell is wrong with you!" My dad yelled at me. I stayed quiet. "You are grounded for five months! No phone, no TV, No meeting with friends, no computer, and you will be doing chores around the house!" He said furiously as he drove. "Okay." I whispered.

"You need to control yourself!" "But she-!" I cut myself off. "But she what!" He said. "She snuck attacked me she hit me in my head!" I said angrily. Why is everybody taking her side!?

At home
I grab my backpack from the backseat and went into the house. "Hey, why are you home so early?" Selena asked. "I got suspended from school." I murmured. "Fighting?" I nodded.

"Talianna go get your phone and computer now!" My dad yelled at me. I went up to my room and grabbed my computer and phone.

I ran down the stairs and gave him the things he requested. "I'm taking your TV out of your room in a couple of hours." He said.

I heard a small yawn come from the living room, so I went to check who it was. I looked on the couch and saw Zaylen stretching.

She looked around and saw me. "Hi, sissy!" She smiled. "Hi, pretty girl, how was your sleep?" I asked her. "Oh, it was a good sleep!" She said.

She tilted her head.

"Sissy, why are you sad?" She hugged me and kissed my cheek. "I'm not sad, see I'm happy!" I faked a smile. "Ok, I don't like seeing you sad." She frowned. "Hey don't frown pretty girl." I said while tickling her stomach. She laughed. "There goes that beautiful smile!" I said.

"Sissy, did daddy hurt you?" She just won't leave this subject alone. "No sissy just made a bad decision and is in trouble." I said.

"What did you do?" She tilted her head. "I just wasn't thinking straight and hurt somebody." I said.

I kissed her cheek and turned to go to my room.

I saw Selena leaning against the wall.

"You and Zaylen have a great bond, she loves you a lot!" Selena said. "I love her just as much,
it's like she is my blood sister." I smiled.

"Let me talk to your dad maybe I could get him to ease your punishment." Selena said. "Thank you!" I hugged her.

Selena's POV
After I got done talking to Tali I went to look for Justin. I soon found him in his office putting Tali's belongings into his safe.

"Hey, baby." I said. "Hey." He dryly said. "Don't you think you're being harsh on Tali." I asked. "No, she needs punishment she could have put that girl in a coma or worse she could have killed her." He said.

"You know Zaylen asked why Tali was sad and Tali tried to cover it but I can see the guilt in her eyes." I said while holding onto Justin's shoulder.

"I don't know what you expect from her she is a teenager she isn't going to be perfect." I said. "Listen your not her parent so just stay out of it!" Justin snapped at me. "Fine but don't come crying to me when she won't accept your apology." I said. Then I walked out and went to the living room. I looked and saw Tali dancing with Zaylen.

"Ready on the count of three we dance Okay." Tali said to a smiling Zaylen. "Okay, I got it." She said. "1...2...3 now dance!" Tali said while doing a dance routine. Zaylen tried to follow it but couldn't do it, so she started crying.
