Chapter 2: Ace And Me

Where could he be?

I was in the av. Of Dreams when the incident happened... As I flew home I spotted some kids playing tag.
"Haha! You're it!" the biggest one ran.
"I'm gonna get you!" The little one playfully laughed.
They were the cutest things ever! I think they were 400 and 700. (Divide by for human age) I mean, so cute!

They were just playing innocent tag. What harm could it cause?... Well, it wasn't really the game's fault...

In a matter of seconds, a beautiful red-haired lady appeared. It was the goddess of style, Asstela! Her curly red hair wrapped around her arms, neck and golden crown. It was like fire. Her soft skin spreading a soft aura, her nails painted each one a different color and her charm was just a bomb! She was all that but... She was different. Her aura was kind of odd and so was her eye color. Her eyes used to be blue but they were red just like the devils' and demons'.

  I thought of her as a complete JERK! I didn't know why she hadn't transformed into a demon yet!

Actually, To be honest, before this horrible day, I really looked up to her... But then...

"Ugh! You pesky little flies are in my way! Excuse me!" She pushed them.
My heart was broken! I mean?! She was my number #1 idol of all times! I felt so bad its unexplainable... But I still had hope! I thought: Maybe she just had a really bad day that's all... And she didn't kill them or anything... She just pushed them, right?
"Bwaaaaaaaaah" the little girl cried
"Sissy please shush! She didn't mean any harm by it!" The big brother tried to comfort her.
"Oh, I didn't? So that wasn't enough to show harm huh?! Alright then!" Goddess Asstela used her power to throw them off the city. It was horrible my eyes were definitely defying me! Definitely defying me. But unfortunately, they really weren't...

"Shiro! Shiiiiiiro! Over here! 👋"
It was Ace; the God I was looking for! Ace was my best of friends! He was always there for me when I most needed. And as a matter of fact, he was Asstela's little brother! Yes, he was also a God. But that didn't really matter. The God of the winds and I, were really close!
"Sup Shiro? Oh... You saw my sister do that, didn't you? Um... She is not evil don't worry! I mean if she was she would be a demon. She is just a little... You know..."
"Nah... It's ok! I still have hope that she is a good Goddess.  By the way, have you discovered how I can get a halo yet? I mean, I don't wanna be an unholy Angel forever! You promised me you would find a way."
"Um... You will just have to wait because it appears naturally." He laughed.
"Well, you don't have your crown either! So we are both unholy!" I exclaimed laughing.

Unlike his sister, Ace had black hair and blue eyes. They didn't look related so every time someone discovered it was really funny! 🤣!

"By the way, academy library?" I smiled.
Ace looked at me... I looked at him... We knew what we were going to do... FLYING RACE!
I prepared my wings... He grabbed the nearest cloud and hopped on top of it...
"3...2...1...GO!" As we dashed through the air, cut all clouds and looked up at the burning sun! Ace manipulated the wind to his favor but I was an excellent flyer, I could easily pass him in a matter of seconds. The first one to get to the school library would be the winner! We were almost there I was in the lead. (as always 😋) He used his final force to try to pass me but, I had already landed.
"THE WINNER IS ME!" I jumped in happiness.

As we entered the library, we chose our books. We weren't going there for reading the books that were leaving the library really. We just really wanted to go. Ace chose a book about birds in the Sky 🌌 and birds on Earth 🌏. I was really going for luck. I closed my eyes and randomly chose one. It was titled " Demons' Possession" it sure looked creepy... But I took a deep breath and opened the book 📖.

Hey Little Tigers! I edited this chapter and chapter one. I didn't add tooooo much stuff because lots of people that have already read the chapters won't reread them. So I just added some details and corrected some grammar and spelling mistakes. XD
