Chapter 2: This is impossible

*3 weeks after Sasha and Lydia came home from New York to Setauket*
December 12th, 1775
~Abraham Woodhull's POV~

I was with Mary and Thomas at our home my twin sister Sasha came home from finishing her education, then I heard the sound of my sister's horse coming up the trail and I saw Lydia Anna's sister on her horse Sasha is up to something. I've been meeting up with Anna and Caleb in getting information for the Continental Army, that Caleb can pass to Ben then he can pass it to General Washington.
When my sister and friend arrived to my homestead and Mary went inside to make some food, then Lydia, Sasha, and I went into the house and talked about how we can get Lydia to see General Washington and spend time but also give some information. Anna Strong was helping me gather information for me so I can give it to Caleb and have a plan, so Sasha,Lydia, and I were talking about how I can help Lydia be with her lover.
~Lydia Strong's POV~

I sat down at Abe's dinner table with Sasha, Mary, and Little Thomas we were talking about how I can see George I miss him and we had to wait for Anna or Caleb to arrive at Abe's meeting spot, but also Abe had to leave to see Ben anyways but he make it seem like he was selling cabbage. I just want to see George again, then Sasha held my hand and comforted me that we'll find a way to get me to see George.
While we ate luncheon I turned my head to Sasha and said" Sasha how long until I can see George again," then Sasha held my hand tighter and said"Lydia I would do anything to help you reunite with George again but this is gonna be impossible," my eyes teared up and hugged my friend.
~Sasha Woodhull's POV~

Lydia looked upset she and George haven't seen each other for 3 years not since this whole Revolution had begun, so since we were at Abe's home talking about how he can get Lydia to see General Washington. Then Abe told us the plan that he can get Caleb to come to Abe's home and take Lydia to the Continental Army camp.
Now that I'm engaged to Major Hewlett it'll make it hard for me to leave and explore but also help Lydia reunite with the General long ago George made a promise to her saying he'd make her Captain his right hand woman like he did with me I'm General Washington's Captain of the planning and research division that's a woman, so then as such happened Abe told me he was gonna meet with Ben and tell him what he knows about what the British are planning.
*In Setauket at the Woodhull's house in the town that night for dinner*

~Sasha Woodhull's POV ~

I was getting dressed up for dinner since we're celebrating our engagement I had so much on my mind, so as I was getting ready I sat at my vanity table mirror brushing my hair. Edmund will be coming by soon to bring me downstairs, Father told me that Abe can't come cause Thomas is ill he has a fever but Mary and Lydia are coming tonight for dinner.
Sasha's vanity table:

After brushing my curly hair Edmund came into the room and so when I stood in front of my full body mirror Edmund knocked and came into the room wearing his British uniform, then Edmund smiled at me as I saw him from my mirror and said" Hello Edmund come to escort me down," he was sweet just as I remember him to be. I linked arms with him and we walked down the stairs laughing about how I used to trip coming down the steps and he would have to catch me every single time.
When we got to the dining room Lydia and Mary were there I will have to ask if Lydia has written more letters to George she can't send them out without being caught, so she would leave them by their favorite place it's not far where the continental army camp is located at.
