Discharge day

After a week in the hospital I'm finally getting out. I was changing out of the hospital gown and into my clothes. Jinyoung said he was going to pick me up. Hopefully I can finally talk to him without anyone interrupting us. I smiled when I saw him. He came and brought me in a tight hug. "So glad you're out" he said. We broke up hug and said "Gaja" and started walking up to a BMW. "This is your car?" I asked.

"It's my dad's. I'm just borrowing it" he said as he held the door opened for me. I climbed in as he went around. I buckled up as he started driving. "Jinyoung-" I started.

"Sunni we're taking a detour before I take you home. Okay?"

"I kind of wanted to just go home today."

"You still owe me that date. I'll cash it in now" he said. Oh yeah, we were suppose to go for Italian food but I ended up in the hospital. The car ride was quiet after this. It was awkward so I turned the radio on and Infinite Come back again was playing. Their debut song was always my favorite. I started singing along with it. "You really like this group" he said.

"Yeah."

"I hope you listen to me when I debut."

"I haven't even heard you sing." I just realized that. "Sing me something" I requested. He began singing a song I haven't heard of before. When he stopped I said "You'll definitely make it big" I said.

"I'm going to. Promise to listen to me."

"Promise" I said. When we got to the Italian restaurant we took our seats. "Wow. This place is impressive" I said is awe as I looked around.

(I'm just to skip ahead.)

Jinyoung looked over at his phone and said "Let's go." I got up and we headed back to his car. When we got to the house I opened the door. "Welcome back" they shouted. That scared the hell out of me. "You knew about this?" I asked Jinyoung.

"I was suppose to keep you out the house. Surprise" he said. Ahjumma came and hugged me and said "I'm so glad you're back."

"Me too" I smiled. I looked over her shoulder and saw all of Infinite, Mimi and Jihyun. I wonder if Myungsoo oppa talked to her yet. She broke the hug and walked back to the crowd of people. I was shocked when Infinite came and hugged me one by one. I actually kind of liked it. What? I am a fan of them after all. "We have a special announcement for Sunni" Sunggyu said over the music. They lowered it and he continued "Our manager and president loved the clothes that you designed for our performance and they would like you to be our full time designer with pay of course." This was not happening. "So what do you say?"

"Of course" I squealed. I can't believe my dream is coming true. I'm really going to be a designer just like my mom was. "Welcome to Infinite" Dongwoo said. I couldn't resist. I just went to hug him in excitement. I can't believe this. "Oh. L's is the other room. He said he wanted to talk to you" Woohyun said. I went to the room and saw him standing there with a picture. "Did you hear the news?" I asked.

"Yeah I heard. There's something I want to give you. Here." I took the picture and saw two women. "Who's that?"

"The one of the right is my mother and the one on the left is yours. I found it while I was looking at my mom's old things."

That was my mom. I brushed my thumb on her face. She was beautiful. So this is what she looks like. "She's beautiful" I said.

"Sunni, you okay?"

"Yeah" I nodded my head. He brought me in for a hug.

Author's P.O.V

"Where's Sunni. There's something I have to tell her" Jinyoung asked Mimi.

"Check her room" she responded. He walked over to her room and opened the door. He saw Myungsoo hugging Sunni. He closed the door and went back to the party.
