Nathan stared at his phone in shock, from where he sat on the floor of his room. His suitcase was wide open and there were clothes scattered amongst the room, but he couldn't stop reading that one word.
Love?
She called him... love? He felt his ears ting pink slightly as he quickly placed his phone down, trying to calm himself down.
Why would she call him love? There had to be a logical way for him to approach this matter.
Maybe she misspelled it? Maybe it was supposed to be loaf or oaf or dove? He ran a hand through his locks as he chewed on his bottom lip. He tried to tell him to calm himself down. He couldn't afford a crush on anyone. Not before the Olympics. Not before he got his gold.
