Getting off the subway. yeah that's right subway because James said he didn't want to be in the traffic, and its hard to find a parking spot anyways. Now we are walking up the stairs and when we get to the top it looked beautiful. I immediately called my best friend
"who you calling" James asked
"My Best friend why?"
"Because your with us" Jasmine said with a attitude. I just rolled my eyes.
"Hello" Roxy said
"hey girl I'm here and its beautiful"
" your were ?" she ask
" Downtown Atlanta girl and its lots of people here to.
"aweee ok girl now look for some cute clothes you can go out in. nothing related to sports."
I sighed " alright"I said. I continued to talk to Roxy while looking at these clothes. Nothing caught my eye. Jasmine kept showing me stuff to wear but i wasn't paying attention to her. i wanted advice from Roxy.
"awe this is cute Asia look at this one" jasmine said loud enough for Roxy to here.
" Look call me when that heffa done" Roxy said and hung up
" Are you done? " i asked jasmine. she just smirked and walked away. Still looking for something to wear, i gave up. I walked outside and saw jasmine , James , and Cornell. " you didn't get anything' James asked. "nope i didn't like anything." i told him honestly "OK then lets go to the Peach Tree Center Mall then she will definitely like it there" jasmine said. and we all started walking.
Jasmine and James was ahead walking and talking , while Cornell and I was behind them walking silently. Then I notice something in Jasmine back pocket it reminds me of something. staring at it, it slowly started to rise out her pocket. " aye jasmine something about to fall out your pocket" Cornell says. Then i heard some people say fight. i turned my head and it was these girls fighting i just shook my head and turned my attention back to jasmine pocket. what ever she had in there wasn't there anymore.
"where here" she says. Looking up I see this huge mall. We walked in and the first thing that caught my eye was sports authority . running into the store. I bought 3 pairs of running shorts and 3 shirts that match. I also bought me some Nike socks. paying for my stuff I turned my head to the left and I saw jasmine looking at me shaking her head. I just laughed.
"Girl guess what?" jasmine said
"what "
"James and I go out" she said
"awe how cute, finally " I said as we are walking out the store. jasmine spots James and she ran to him and they walked off. now its just Cornell and I.
Cornell P.O.V
Hey my name is Cornell Jones and I'm 21 years old. I play football. Thank God I got a scholarship because without it I don't know where I would be. I sell drugs on the side with James . Why? so I can make quick money and have things that I want and need. I also send money to my mom to help her out. Me and James been homes since diapers. His mom and my mom are best friends and still this day are best friends. Anyways Asia is cute I'm somewhat feeling her. Its weird when were together. Its always awkward between us but I'm about to change that.
Where now in urban outfitters and she is looking in the rack. I think I'm going to help her out.
Asia P.O.V
I found the cutest stuff in urban outfitters. I like this store. Im glad that Cornell help me to. I payed for my things and we headed to forever 21. "your not gonna a buy anything?" I asked him. "No I came here last week. its really nothing to buy" he said. "oh ok" I said. we made out way through the store. it didn't take that long. I stood in line and bought my stuff. Its getting late and its time for us to get going. We found James and jasmine making out. I cleared my throat and they look at embarrassed " Its time to go" I said.
Were walking to our dorm " Thanks for helping with my bags and walking me I said to Cornell. "You welcome" James said. I rolled my eyes "No problem" Cornell said. "Oh let me see your phone" he hands me his phone and I put my number in it. I walked in my room giving jasmine and James there privacy, putting all my bags on the floor. I'm going to shower cause I'm tired , and its about that time to knock out .
I got out the shower I put my sleeping clothes on and layed down. I took out my phone and called Roxy.
"Girl that roommate of your is a mess" she said. and I laughed
" I know she was just trying to help that's all".
" yeah mhmm what did you get?" she asked
" I knew you was gonna ask that"
"I'm listening " she says
" OK I got 3 running shorts and shirts that match there cute. girl I couldn't pass them up"
" I'm going to kill you Asia" she says and I laughed
" Let me finish. OK I went to urban outfitters and got this Tie-back strapless Floral dress, This Blue Bow-back knit romper, and this Double-Layer Ruffle Cami.
" awe I can't wait to see you in it finally " she says
" wait I'm not finish. I got this Soft Floral Tulip Pants, a Black T-Strap sandal, oh and these Bombshell Platform pumps."
"awe shoot you go girl, now that's what I'm talking about"
" But I had help from Cornell "
" Wait who is that" she asked
" He just a friend who helped a friend out that's all"
" Mhmm yeah OK what ever. your birthday is next month what you gonna do?" she asked and we continued to talk.
Roxy and I are still on the phone and I just decided to start my essay. Its 11:30 anyways why not. Roxy helped me to. I looked at the time and it was 1:00 and I just finished my essay. Thank God . I'm turning this in tomorrow. Roxy and I decided to talk on the phone till we fall asleep. My eyes began to close and before I went to sleep I heard Roxy says "Let me take the necklace off" that's when my mind instantly went to my necklace . where is it.
"Goodnight Best friend" she says
"Goodnight" I said and with that I was out like a light.
