Chapter 24

Nancy p.o.v

 I got up and was walking home when I saw a familiar car, and Alex, Robert, Kailey, and Austin got out of Kailey's car. They haven't seen me so I went a other way. I didn't really want to talk to anyone.

I got home and before I went inside I made sure I wasn't crying anymore. I went inside and went upstairs. I went to my room and into the bathroom I turned on the water to the sink and wet my face so it didn't seem that I been crying. I then went to my parent's room to see my mom packing.

"Mom?"

"Yes Nancy." my mom said.

"I wanted to tell you if I can spend half of my summer over there at Los Angels" I said.

"What?" she asked.

"Can I stay half my summer in L.A?" I asked.

"But you don't even want to go for a week." she said.

"Yeah I know but know I want to go for half my summer and stay with Leon and Janet." I said.

"Okay, but I can ask why?"

"I just miss L.A and my friends." I said.

"Okay." she said.

I went back to my room and started back for 2 weeks. I would go shopping over there so I don't need that much clothes.

When I was finished packing I went to tell my mom that if Alex, Austin, Zach, Eileen, or Kailey came to tell them I was not home or I was asleep. She asked why, and I responded saying that it would make it harder for me to go away for half my summer. She just said okay.

I then went up stair and decided to make Austin a letter explaining everything.

Nancy p.o.v

Today is the day we are going to Los Angels. I woke up and got ready. I decide to wear  a graphic tank shirt that had palm trees, with some shorts, and some slip on sandals that were gray. I put my hair up in a messy bun, and did my make up.

I then got my suit cases and took them down stairs so they could put them in the car. I then went upstairs to get my phone, IPod, and the letter off my desk. I told my  mom I would be back in a minute that I was taking something to Austin's house.

I jogged to the house next door which was Austin's house. I then but the letter in the mail box. After I went back to my house. I waited in the living room until it was time to go. It was 9:45am when we left to the airport.

We took a 25 minute drive and got to the airport. We went to all the thing we need to go through. And then it was time to get on the plane.

We then took off to L.A.  Goodbye San Antonio, see you soon.

Austin p.o.v

 I woke up and went down stairs. My mom told me to go check the mail. I went outside and opened the mail box. I took out the mail and went through the mail and saw that there was a letter for me from Nancy. I went inside and gave my mom the other mail and went upstairs to read the letter.

"Austin aren't you going to eat breakfast?" my mom asked.

"Yeah right know I just need to do something really fast." I said and went upstairs to my room.

I went inside my room and closed the door. I sat down on my bed and opened the letter. I read the letter I couldn't believe it that Nancy is gone and she doesn't know if she is coming back. What is going to happen? How is Alex going to take this?  I don't know what to do.

Nancy p.o.v

After our flight landed we got our bags and went to wait for my brother outside. When he got here we put our bags in the car and drove to his house. He told me were I would be staying at, I started to unpack. When I was all done I went to my brother's room where Janet and her baby were at. Then my brother and parents came in the room to meet the baby.

"Leon can you do me a favor?" I asked.

"Sure, what you need?"

"Can I stay here half of my summer with you guys?" I asked.

"Sure, but can I ask why?"

"I miss L.A and I want to spend time here." I responded.

"Okay it fine with me and Janet." he responded.

Austin p.o.v

When I got was finished with breakfast I went up to my room I texted everybody to tell them to meet up at my house since I had something to tell them. I then got ready. When I was ready the door bell rang that must be them. I then heard foot steps coming upstairs. Their was a knock on the door and I said come in. All the guys came in also Eileen and Kailey.

"Everybody sit." I said. They all sat down on my bed.

"So what did you need to tell us?" Robert asked.

I looked over at Alex, he looked sad and if he's been crying.

"Um I got this letter saying..." I paused.

"You got signed?" Robert yelled.

"Sadly no. But um the letter was from Nancy saying that she went to L.A for the summer and she doesn't know if she is coming back." I said. Alex got up and left the room.

We all stayed quiet.
