Chapter Seventeen

Blake's POV

After the game, i got to the locker room and checked my phone. I got a lot of texts from Mae. I looked through them all. I know Mae must be very angry. 

I quickly showered and got dressed. When i finished, i rushed to Mae's apartment. 

I came in, to see Ford sleeping and Lilly asleep together. I turned off the TV and walked into Mae's room. I heard her sniffling, so i knew she was awoke. 

"Babe I--"

"Save your shit, Blake. Get out!" Mae yelled and threw a pillow at me. 

"Lets talk about this." 

"Talk about what? How you lied to me and told me nothing happened when Rita came to your house on Ford'sBirthday? Did you or did you not know she was pregnant when she came over that day?" 

"I did..."

"Why would you lie to me about that?!?" 

"I didn't want 'this' to happen."

"If you would have told me 'this' wouldn't have happened. I would have understand. I know you guys were together while we were broken up. I would have understood." 

"Then why are you mad now?" 

"Because you lied, Blake! I never lie to you! So why would you do that to me? Why would you lead me on all that time, making me think you really meant what you said, when you said you wanted me to have ALL of your kids after having Ford?" 

Mae was now in tears. 

"I'm sorry, Baby. I didn't expect any of this to happen. I truly was going to tell you. I just didn't know how. Please forgive me, Olivia. I love you!" 

There was a long pause. I was going to start talking again, until i heard small giggles from Mae.

"What?" I asked.

"It sounds weird when you call me by my first name." Mae says, giggling. 

"You're such a dork." I say, and then tickle her.

"Stop! I hate being tickled!" Mae says between laughs.

"Tell me you forgive me!" 

"I forgive you!" 

"Now tell me you love me!" 

"I love you!"

"I love you more..." 

"I love you most!" Mae said, then kissed me, which caused me to stop tickling her.

"One more thing." 

"What?" 

"I wanna start calling you by your first name."

"Why?" 

"No one else does, so i want it to be special when i do it." 

"Ha, fine... Dork!" She says, then pulls me down, so I'm laying down with her. 

"I love you Olivia Maelynn Cole." 

"I love you too Blake Austin Griffin."

We just lay there, in each others' arms until we fall asleep.
