"Before Sofia found Nick..."
Nick's POV
"I'm...I'm pregnant."
I didn't walk out because I was made about Sofia being pregnant. What really boiled my blood was the fact that she lied to me. I suspected it, but she didn't have the guts to tell me. I knew that every girl gets anxious telling the father of the child that she's pregnant, but men hate not being informed.
Since it was a silent day. I decided to head to work. My job didn't seem fun, you know working at the wine tasting at Corelles, but at least it would help relieve the angry that accumulated in me.
Time seemed to pass my slow, slower than other days. Other days made me feel like I had all the energy available in the world, but this day, no energy was found anywhere in my body. Even though the sun was shinning, everything seemed gloomy and discolored.
"Is everything alright?" Gen, my boss, asked. He had noticed my mood change. I wasn't in the mood to express my feelings nor be asked questions, so I kept quiet.
"I need a drink." I wispered to myself. "Just a few more hours until I'm out of this trash."

"Can I have vodka?" I told the waiter at the bar. Finally I was free. I didn't know what to do, but I was certain I didn't want to go back home and face the Liar. Instead, I decided to pay the downtown bar a visit.
"Here you go." The waiter said, heading back to cleaning the counter. "So what's bothering you because a phycic doesn't need that magical ball to predict what's wrong with you." The waiter chuckled. I just looked at him with a face of annoyance painted all over it. "I'm sorry."
"It's fine...Just personal problems."
"Wife cheated on you?" I looked at him with a surprised expression.
"Of course not! She wouldn't do such a thing." I decided to take my temper down a notch before security threw me out. "It's just...my wife didn't tell me she was pregnant. Instead, she lied to me."
"Ouch. That's harsh." He chuckled. "I hear men kick it hard in order to get the girl pregnant?"
"What?"
"You know women believe that you have to have an orgasam in order to have a girl. Supposibly, couples have to try different positions to have a guy. Quite non-supersitious if you ask me."
"You're insane." I stated. "Can I have another drink?"
"I'll be right back."
******************************************
Puking wasn't the best way to release the guit inside me. I began to have a headache; my knees weak like jelly. I feel to my knees as I puked somemore. "Look at me." I thought. "I look like a pussy."
"Is everything ok?" The waiter asked. Did he really follow me into the men's bathroom?
"Everything's ok. I'm just drunk and sick."
"Maybe you should take a taxi home." Look at this bozo trying to pressure me into doing something.
"No! Instead get me something to drink." The waiter simply sighed and left. There I was on the floor, drunk and pathetic.

5 hours must have passed when I left the bar. The air was cold and the streets were dark. Everything seemed fine. It must have been because I was drunk.
I couldn't even walk straight. I would stumble every now and then. It seemed like 2 a.m. The moon was up as fog covered it. I should have been scared, but I wasn't.
"You son of a bitch!" I yelled. "Why did you do this to me?" I sat on the concreate, my back against a building. I probably looked like shit.
Several minutes passed before I could feel my eye lids begin to feel heavy. I got up and decided to fetch a taxi, but no cars were on the streets. "Great." I began to fill with anger. The more I thought about how shitty the day was, the more I kicked things around.
Footsteps began to approch me. Sofia. What was she doing here? I turned around and it wasn't here. A tall person in a black cape with a hood stood before me. I couldn't make out his face nor see him clearly. He seemed like a gas, only he was a person, or atleast I thought.
He wrapped his hand around my neck and lifted me up. The air was being taken from me. He seemed too strong to be human. Seconds later, he threw me across the ally, making me hit trash cans. Now I really was certain he wasn't human. Some strong force pulled me to him.
I was now inches away from him.
"What do you want?" I asked. He simply exhaled. No words came out of his mouth.
"What do you want?!"
"You." They said in a dark, evil voice. "You will be evil. Join the hell." It almost seemed like a joke. The dark?
The figure put his arm through my body and began to vanish little by little. I just simply looked at him in terror. Bruses began to form all over my arms. Then a heard a crack. I feel to the floor in major pain. What was going on? This supernatural figure not only had strength, but also brused and broke me.
Not long after, I passed out.
