The Final Cut

Chapter 3

°°°°Diana's POV°°°°

I soon woke up in an uncomfortable bed, with hospital clothes on hooked up to a heart monitor. God, did I really cut that deep? I guess so.

I nurse walked in. she was beautiful, she looked about 20 or 21 maybe? she had light brown hair and beautiful blue eyes. she was wearing her teal nurses uniform.

"Hey hon, I'm Mara, are you feeling okay? you lost alot of blood, it was all over your clothes." she said sympathetically. I nodded and smiled.

" alright. well someone's here to see you, he said that he will be taking you home" she said smiling as she was walking towards the door. well that's great, Richards gonna take me home. I knew Jacob forgot about me. I knew it. of course he did, its been 8 years

I just want to die. by I won't. for Jacob, I know he won't remember. but one day, when I succeed at getting away, I'll go find him, and I'll hu him until he can't feel anything.

and then I'll punch him in his face for forgetting me.

who knows, I may get away today, I do have over $400 in my bra. yup, I have money, the money I stole from him. see, last time tried to get away I was 11. almost made it too, I went to Jacobs house. he said he'd come for me. he said he'd get me. and he didn't. so I remembered the plan we devised. he said

"get to the hospital and I'll be there." and the hugged me really tight and kissed my cheek. God I miss him. he didn't say which way to get to the hospital. so I just cut myself.

I heard four knocks at my door making me jump back a. bit.

my heart monitor beeped faster and faster. I didn't say a word. I flipped my black hair to one side. and opened my bright green eyes.

tears filled my eyes and I backed up as much as I could until I ran into the wall. the door suddenly banged open loudly making me flinch.

I looked at the person standing here and saw_____
