The Final Cut

Chapter 6

my hands lied on his chest, his hands wrapped around my waist protectively

a few seconds later with no warning we jumped.

I closed my eyes not letting a sound escape. I mean if I die, who's gonna miss me? who's gonna give a 2 shits. but I AM with Jacob so I cared if he died of course.

soon, I felt the cold water splash against my body. ow. I opened my eyes under water and saw that... well Im underwater. I looked around for Jacob and he was right there, swimming away and looking at me. he made a 'follow me' motion and I did, me and him where in swimming classes together when we were small.

we then came to the shore he pulled me out I was coughing like crazy and shivering like crazy. he hugged me tight. I dont know how he managed to stay so warm. I heard a familiar voice

"Jacob are you okay?" I heard that sweet voice say as she came around the corner. oh my...it's.

"Kate?" I asked her unbelievingly

tears filled her and my eyes as she dropped the bag she had in her hands. I ran towards her happily. she ran her hand out and said

" Do not hug me until you're dry and changed." we both laughed and hugged each other tight anyways, I pulled away and looked over to my right and saw Jacob with just his boxers on

he has abs??? ooh... he has abs

he looked over to me and chuckled

"enjoying the view princess?" he asked with a wink

his sister let out a "eww gross." and walked away giving me the bag and saying "meet us in the van when you're done flirting." we laughed a little.

I looked at Jacob as he was putting on his jeans and not a shirt.

"arent you gonna change?" he asked me.

"oh, uhm yea but turn around." I said. he sighed and did as said

I changed into the clothes that were in the bag. it was a really hot day so Kate had brought me some short gym shorts and a blue tank top.

"lets go" I said. he smiled and said, "okay lets go this way". we started talking about our friends. there were 5 of us. (we were always the 'loners of the school) as we walked to the van.

it was Kate and Jacob who are twins. Me Nicky and Eric. Nicky and Eric are dating now. Kate said she gave up on love. she had been hurt way to many times by a boy she loved. But anyways.

Nicky has REALLY bright green eyes with a hint of blue. she has dark brown hair with royal blue highlights. shes very tanned and she has the slightest little accent that make people think she's from new york. thats her other nickname that she hates. we sometimes call her yorkie. hah she hates that XD.

Eric on the other hand, has just blue eyes, and Caramel brown hair which is always in a "sexy" way messed up. he was smart and kind and sassy he really rubbed off on Nicky though.

Kate and Jacob both had black hair and blue eyes. Kate's hair was straight and went down to her waist. she was very beautiful, she had a smile that would lighten up everyone's day. Jacobs hair was also long... but not in a hippy kind of way, more of a 'emo' I guess you could say? it was really cool. his hair went from the right side of his head and covered his left eye. but it wasn't a SCARY type. it was more of a sweet innocent kind.

and I was just... me I had long black hair that I dyed. my hair used to be Caramel brown like Eric's. but I dyed it. I have bright green eyes that will get me. out of trouble most of the time and. I like to stay fit, I exercise alot. and... yea. okay

" I told you I'd be here didn't I?" he said to me. looking in my eyes.

"yep, and you are and I love you for that." I said back to him.

he gasped dramatically. " that's the only reason you love me?" he said in a pouty voice

I laughed "no, you know I love you for real" he looked at me all serious like.

"y~you do?" he asked seriously. I looked at his big blue eyes

"of course I do." I smiled. he picked me up by my waist and spun me around. I was laughing the whole time. he pit me down and cleared gis throat

" I love you too." he said like nothing just happened. I was a bit dizzy I almost fell and he caught me. I stood up straight and stood there for a few seconds till it was gone.

"you okay there?" he asked and chuckled. I finally started walking again.

"yup" I yelled loudly for no apparent reason at all.

"Well damn. are you TRYING to get us caught?" I remembered

"oh yea" I said realizing what he was talkimg about.

"so, where am I gonna stay?" I say he looked at me and smiled like crazy.

" us 5, we have our own place downtown, away from all of this. you have your own room too."

I smiled and hugged him

"wait... but what if I wanna stay in your room?" I joked.

he pretended to think "Hmmm... then I guess you and I Will tear down the wall between us." he joked.

"LETS DO IT!" I said sarcastically.

he and we laughed.

we finally got there (to the van) the van is pretty big. Eric was the first one to learn how to drive when he was 14. he's 16 now, the rest of us are 15. Jacob and Kate are turning 16 next month though. the van had 2 seats in the front. and we had took out all of the other ones in the back. I went to enter in the back i opened the back and saw Kate Nicky and Eric... who had climbed to the back from the drivers seat.

I was Immediately engaged into the most massive group hug ever I couldn't even breath. but that's fine, I like this feeling.

it feels like for once, someone cares
