The sky glows above and the wind whistle between the two shadowed figures. The weather was good. It was sunny yet windy. With the younger leading the way, they walk inside the café with smiles on their faces . No, erase that. Kyuhyun walk towards the cashier with his confident yet warm and charming smile that completely melted the café staffs while Ryeowook trailing behind him, with his head ducked under the maroon cap.

Ryeowook bit his lower lips and his fidgeting hands were hidden inside his jumper's front pocket. Ryeowook didn't smile on the outside either on the inside. But that doesn't mean he wasn't happy. He is happy. The fact that Kyuhyun asked him out for drinks really made him happy. It's as if a friend just gave him tons of cotton candy as a birthday present. But, between going out with Kyuhyun and tons of cotton candy, there wasn't really a thing that could describe what he's feeling right now. That was just the nearest possibility. There are still traces of confusion despite already getting the answer from Kyuhyun.

He couldn't lie when he still feel the awkwardness around them although not much unlike the movie session just an hour ago. Perhaps it was him who still feel awkward.

"Tell me, why are you being nice to me all of a sudden?"

"If you're thinking that I'm being nice because I feel guilty... You're wrong. I'm not feeling guilty after everything I had done to you." Kyuhyun reasoned calmly "But for now, can't I be nice to you?"

Ryeowook didnt reply him and both continue their awkward silence until the movie ended.

"Ryeong."

He shouldn't have flinched. "Yes?!" And what's with the nickname? He thought.

"Ah, so you prefer me calling you that." Kyuhyun folds his arms. "You look surprised. I kept on calling you when your mind was somewhere else. Thanks to that I'm going to stick up to that name. Let's take our orders. What do you want?"

The nickname sounds funny and he can't help but smile. "Red velvet latte."

"Oh? They have it here?" Kyuhyun puzzled as he turned around to take orders.

Ryeowook take one step ahead. Now he's standing side by side with Kyuhyun. "I'm a regular customer here."

"Really?" Kyuhyun huffs a smile again, "But instead of a regular customer, I feel that you might be their hidden barista. You look like one."

"I recommend you their popular drink here. Hot chocolate. It doesn't really taste that sweet. You don't really like sweets. It tastes really rich." Ryeowook smiles. When he got no reply that's when he realize he just said something that he shouldn't have said. For god sake, they just got along! He know Kyuhyun's likes and dislikes. As someone who cooks a lot in dorm. Not only for Kyuhyun but for other members too. But this is a different thing. He likes Kyuhyun. For him to spill that in the boy's presence will probably make Kyuhyun think differently, or so he thought.

On the other side of the world, Kyuhyun was likely surprised but he's a pro at hiding it. For Ryeowook to know that small detail made him amused. The petite's expression changed drastically and he caught him trying to maintain the smile. It was an adorable sight. Ryeowook's previously hidden hands underneath the jumper's pocket are now visible because right now Ryeowook's arms crossed and in slight trembling.

"I'll take the order.." Kyuhyun volunteered, trying to remove Ryeowook's nervousness.

"Then I'll take our seat."

"Wherever you like is fine with me."

Ryeowook take his time to take seats that may look comfortable for Kyuhyun. He's fine everywhere too. When he found one, he takes the corner table with two empty seats. Each walls are painted with different pictures. There is the beach, doodles with coffee as the theme and even words that could motivate the customers. The place looks cozy and the quiet ambiance is what makes the place looks much more cooler.

There are less people for the day.

If there were crowds, they'll be doomed.

"What are you thinking?"

Oh, Kyuhyun is back. That was fast.

"Nothing." Ryeowook denies, "Is this spot okay?"

"It's fine." Kyuhyun nods. That's a relief for him. "Teukie hyung called me."

"What was it about? Is it urgent?"

"Not for me. He said he went home earlier because apparently his schedules for the day are cancelled. Unfortunately he finds the dorm empty. He...kinda nagged at me and expects us to be home by now since he doesn't want the fans to see us."

"There aren't that many people today." Ryeowook felt bad that Kyuhyun had to be the one who receive the nags. He could've taken them in his place, if he knows their leader would call.

"Yes. But I just finished signing five papers for the day." Kyuhyun shows the black marker he's holding now. Instead of gasping, Ryeowook frowned. "Three for the baristas and two for the girls standing behind us. Awesome, right? And they asked whether you could sign for them too—"

"Cho Kyuhyun!" Ryeowook cuts.

"I'm ready for the second nag." Kyuhyun reflexly removes Ryeowook's cap. "Or this?"

"Give me back my..." Ryeowook lowers down his voice and covers his hair with his hoodie. "My cap. Hand it over."

"No." Kyuhyun sticks his tongue out which Ryeowook thought was very childish. "You shouldn't be mad at me for giving signatures for our fans."

"Yes, your fans. Now give me back—" Ryeowook jumps for his cap.

"My fans are your fans and your fans are our fans." Kyuhyun tip toes so Ryeowook can't reach for his cap. "They wanted your sign too."

"People are staring." Ryeowook didn't give up even though he almost tripped over Kyuhyun's feet.

"Nope, they are recording." Kyuhyun chuckled. Ryeowook sighs and jumped again but instead of reaching for his cap he accidentally grabbed Kyuhyun's hands at the same time stepping his feet. Their faces are a few inches away. One push either from their backs and it'll be another different scene.

"Excuse me." The waitress came and put the orders on their table. Hot Chocolate and Red Velvet Latte.

"Oh..."

"Thank you." Ryeowook snatch the cap and put it on his head again. He ducks his head, hiding his blush. They normally don't bicker like this. Cross that. They never bicker like this. Kyuhyun often screamed or physically threatening while Ryeowook used all his patience to keep calm and make Kyuhyun to be considerate at his choices. It's a miracle that Kyuhyun never crosses the line of his patience to the core.

However, it's different when it comes to other members. In the previous years, Kyuhyun had crossed the line of their patience resulting fist fights. Thankfully Sungmin was there to stop every fight as early as possible before they get to create visible marks on their faces. It'll be a trouble to peform with fight marks on their faces.

Just what is the thing that made Kyuhyun to change like this? From the previous day he got to see different sides of him. But ...Will Kyuhyun change back to his usual self when they are back to the dorm later? When there are the members around? The thought of that scares him. It wasn't like he didn't like the usual Kyuhyun. He prefers Kyuhyun to be like this.

Whether towards him or better, towards the members that treats the boy like their own family.
