Annika was just checking some online shopping sites when she recieved a called from Bhavya. Bhavya was her college mate who came to london for studies and within those 5 years of their study, she bhavya and gauri became best of friends. Gauri had her family in london itself but Bhavya came from India.
"Hey bhavi! how are the preparations going so far?" asked Annika
"Everything is good except the fact that i cant feel i am getting engaged because i have no one on my side to make me feel special" complained Bhavya.
"I m so sorry bhavi, you know bhaiya right? I dont think he will ever allow me to come to India." Said Annika hopelessly
"Why do you even bother asking when gauri is there? Both of them can pretend but we know whats cooking between them right? Just ask gauri to help you out and convince Om bhaiya" said Bhavya confidently.
"Oh my god bhavya, you are such a bitch but you have got a point. Ill talk to gauri." Annika said
"You both better come in this week only or just forget that i was your friend ever" said bhavya sternly
"Okay fine" gave up Annika.
Annika told Gauri about how adamant Bhavya is getting.
Annika was more than a sister to Gauri. She has seen both the siblings suffering in the bad days. Although she knew Annika from college but she felt a bond of belongingness. Also Om and Gauri liked each other and Annika knew about this. She always wanted a sister in law like Gauri. Gauri promised Annika that she will convince Om.
Om's room
G: Om, i want to talk to you.
O: Hey, you didnt told me you are coming.
G: why shud i tell you? How does it even matters to you?
O: Well, because i....
G: no you dont!
O: let me complete my sentence atleast laughed Om
G:I dont want to listen, how can you do this to me.
O: but Gauri, what have i done?
G: you dont trust me right and you dont even care for me! Gauri said making a sad face.
O: you know i do
G: then why are you not letting Annika go with me? You know how much she wants to go India n also Bhavya is getting engaged. We have to be with her on her big day right?
O: Gauri i cant let Annika go. Its not about trust but i dont want her to go India, specially Mumbai. It has so many bad memories, i dont want her to go there.
G: Om i know what she means to you but who would understand her better than you? You have to let her go once to get rid of this helplessness she faces here. Let her go, set her free, let her explore, let her fight the war within her. She will be fine trust me. I will be with her always.
Om was going to say something when he saw Annika standing at the door.
O: come inside Annika. Are you sure you want to go sweetheart?
A: yes bhaiya, plz let me go! Please.
Om could see her teary eyes requesting him. He could not see those tears in her eyes.
O: okay fine! But you have to take care of yourself.
