Mindscape + guided meditation

Um..hi! In today's chapter, I'd like to write something about my mindscape and few things that happened when I tried therian guided meditation.

My mindscape looks like this:

Only the waterfall is a bit taller. The waterfall with the rocks seem to be several metres taller than me. There are also less trees around the river, but there's still a deep forest around. On the right side is a little....meadow with few colorful flowers.

So yeah 😅 that's kinda my mindscape

I'll just add few details: I often see a deer

And I saw a..white cat with spots and stripes on it?

I gues it's a mix between these. It's a bit hard to find a close picture 😄

Now to the guided meditation.
I used the Therian Meditation: The Cave by coy howl and I maybe saw the cat up here for the first time. Well when I arrived into the cave a name "Gaia" came to my mind. I think I even heard it. I have no idea what it means to me and I'm probably going to try it again to make sure.
I used her other meditations, but they didn't work that well. I may try them again someday, too.

Random question of the day: Is there anyone that likes The Walking Dead?
