What you need:
- candle
- your voice
- time alone

Light the candle and place your hand above it (high enough so it doesn't hurt you) and chant the following:

Dear gods and goddesses of cats,
please make me a neko, that's what I ask.
Brown ears, brown tail,
cute fangs and claws for me to play.
I want to wake up on my birthday with them,
So I can enjoy the whole day.
By the power of three, so mote it be.
(3x)

After chanting take your hand and touch the places where your ears and tail would be.

Ta-dah!
