Ode to Autumn

Oh! Whimsical Autumn, how gently your leaves flutter

You bring pumpkin spice and cute scarves

The wind howls and sputters

The Earth blossoming with dead turves

Youthful children play

Symbolizing a new cycle to come

Offering many outfits to 'slay'

Quite enjoyable to some

Autumn nears every year

Oh, but can I describe

How giddy the masses are when you are official?

Although the decor is artifical

Everyone is accustomed to Fall

It has grown to warm the hearts of all

Oh Autumn
