Chapter 18-

January 18, 2013

 Months I hung on this wet, cold damn concrete wall. They've tourchered me continuously. I knew about the real Cassia, and what she's put June through, but do the rest of them know? Does Kath know? Honestly, I've hopped she doesn't come for me, I know what Cassia will do.

 Cassia has starved me, beat me, cut me, bit me, and threatened me but I'll die before she gets her paws on Kath. Several times my wolf has sent much needed energy to Kath in hopes she finds us. Now there is absolutely no stirring of my wolf.

 Now you may ask exactly what Cassia had done. Turns out she was a Directioner, and while stalking us she found out we were wolves too. She also found out I was destined to be the SMB's mate, which I was. She's planned to kill us because we all know way too much but first Kath needs to die, and the juice she gave Kath on her birthday was the reason she forgot everything, but Kath's immune system fought it off.  

 June comes into this by Liam. Cassia found Liam's real mate June and threatened to kill him if she didn't help Cassia. Truthfully Cassia was going to kill everyone anyway. The whole time Cassia was with us, Louis' real mate's blood flowed through Cassia's veins because Cassia brutally murdered her.  

 Nick, Cassia's actual mate who has made sure I went to Hell and back was currently talking to Cassia about me. "Why don't you just kill him?" he hissed.

"I will, after they come." Cassia shrugged. That's when I felt something that completed my heart and soul get close.

Kath.

A loud, distressed, powerful alpha female howled and for the first time in awhile, my wolf emerged weakly. 'Mate.' he whispered, on edge. 'Kath isn't a wolf? I have two mates!?' I asked myself mentally, honestly a little scared.

 The doors burst open and a small, gold wolf stood tall, sharp white teeth flashing. Several other wolves flanked her snarling. When I looked at one specific wolf, I saw a flash of stripes, the next wolf I saw a flash of plaid and another wolf a cat. Louis, Liam and Harry. Of course, but who was the golden goddess wolf?

 Now Cassia was walking into view, clapping with Nick and a few other of my terrorizers.

"Well, well, well you found him." she smirked at the golden wolf. The golden wolf snarled and snapped her jaws.

"Indeed she did. With the help of those she loves." Spencer walked in with a few other human hunters. Liam, Louis, and Harry stalked forward. The golden wolf howled a warrior cry before all hell broke loose.

A full on war had broken out and the golden wolf was flawlessly picking the enemies off. She was obviously well trained, and a worthy mate. My wolf was proud of her performance. Soon, she trotted up to me and whined, shifting.

Kath replaced the wolf's spot, and tears stained her face. Without hesitation she broke the cuffs that restrained me. Her arms flew around me as I wasn't strong enough to stand on my own. Something was different about her, other than being able to shift that is.

"Niall," her voice was like honey to my ears. "I'm so sorry I couldn't be here sooner," she touched all my wounds and they healed. "Le Brach de Chai."

"Healer, shifter, lover, and giver," I replied and she nodded. "More than expected."

"Niall," she looked around. "I have to fight."

"I don't want you to. Let them do it." I begged.

"I can't abandon them in war. I'm.. I'm heir luna after all." she shifted and continued to fight. As Kath fought, Cassia came behind her. June saw and lunged but Cassia was faster. Within an instant June was on the floor, slowly bleeding out.

 Next I looked for Liam. He faltered and sought out Nick. Indeed him and Nick fought and Nick lost. Many other wolves circled Liam now, but Harry and Kath jumped in.

 I felt like a helpless, worthless mate. My own pregnant mate came all this way to save me and fight for me. Cassia obviously felt what happened and stalked up to me. For the first time I saw Kath panic and hesitate as Cassia approached me. Cassia bounded on me, paws crushing my chest. Kath howled and attempted getting to me but enemies took her out. Cassia snapped inches from my face.

 A flash of fur went across me and I saw Louis pinning Cassia down. 'I can't believe I LOVED you.' he tore her to shreds. Everything then turned into a whirlwind.

 Kath shredded every hesitant wolf that stood in her way. She loped to me and jumped in mid shift. She held me and yelled. "The bitch is dead! Why keep fighting!? Any of you are welcome to our pack. Now leave and clean yourselves up!" she commanded and every wolf rushed out except our boys.

"Why'd YOU kill her?" I asked Louis as he walked up.

"She hurt my pac,." he shrugged. "Was gunna kill you."

"Oh my God," Kath covered her mouth. Looking at what she was, Liam was sobbing over June's dead body and Harry tried to comfort him. I held Kath close as she began to cry. "Poor June."

"She was his real mate. All she tried to do was protect you. I watched her, she died for you." Kath only cried harder.

"Guys, we need to get this cleaned up." Louis said sadly.

"Yeah. Definitely," Kath stood. "Harry, get Liam and Niall out of here. Niall?" She kissed me softly. "See you on the jet."

First thing I did was eat, and I really craved me some Nando's, but since there wasn't any I ate anything I received. then I slept. I didn't ask questions. While they cleaned, I waited for my mate to come and be in my arms again. I recalled back in the warehouse how I held her. Usually her stomach would be in the way.. This time it wasn't. Why?

A lot of things can happen in three months. Fuck me in the ass..
