Chapter 20-

December 1, 2013

We've done two tours by now yes, but a lot has happened since I got back. Liam got back together with good Ol' Danielle Peazer. Lou and Harry's family has gotten awfully close, Zayn and Olivia have been fighting less and Kath and I can't seem to catch up with each other after being gone so long.

December 13, 2014

 During break between tour two and three, all of us decided what we were going to do with our lives besides the band. We know it won't last forever. Now is the time we all move apart. Kath choose Ireland, just down the street from Mum and Da. Everyone else is staying in England.

January 13,2017

Addison and Ciaran turn five today, and we're also preparing for tour number six.  

Kath and Olivia rarely go on tour anymore, but they sure visit each other a lot. Kath recently conceived our newest member to our family so I make multiple stops at home. The girls enjoy living with us but I can see in their faces they're starting to miss home.

Moria Leann is what we named our brand new daughter today.. The day Kath puts us moving back to Oregon in motion. The tour can wait a week right?

 Today is our very last tour. Our whole family was present in Canada that day. Today was a million times harder than ending the Up All Night tour. We all cried and it was harder to speak. The fans met our families and we said we would perform again in a few years, but our type of music will probably be very out dated. We're older now and we can't have tours interfere with our family lives.  

The hardest thing was leaving the fans today.

July 26, 2026

 The twins and James are eighteen now which make Kath, Olivia, Zayn and I feel really old. Ciaran hasn't found a mate yet and he's definitely not a Directioner. He's very quiet and to himself unlike his firecracker sister Addison. Our youngest Moria is the smallest and blondest of the kids, she hasn't outgrew the blonde yet and she's only thirteen. The twins have an indefinite Irish accent from living in Ireland until just after Moria was born. Moria's accent comes from listening to us talk. You see Kath made everyone move to Oregon and now her old farmhouse has expanded and we all live together.

 Liam and Danielle have happily married and have had two children together, one who's thirteen and one who's ten. Zayn and Olivia had an addition to their family and his name is Charles but we call his Charlie. Harry, Lou and Amanda inter married and have three kids now, Alyis Styles-Tomlinson, Katheryn Styles-Tomlinson, and Susannah Tomlinson-Styles. I think you can guess what happened there.

 We all still get together on birthdays and holidays but we just obviously don't go on tour much anymore. Surprisingly on the twin's birthday, Alyis found his mate... And she happens to be my daughter.. Yeah he's nice but he is a Styles and a Tomlinson after all.  

 Since we live on the farm, the older kids tend to have a lot of parties but none of us can say anything because we were in a band at eighteen. Kath has started to control things though, it's not just the Direction boys and their families in the pack anymore nope, it's wolves from around the world and our pack is called Shade now. She's nicknamed The Shaded Luna for her generous, caring, loving, and powerful personality.

"Mom!" Addison yells out. "Oliviaaaa!"

"Whatttt??" Olivia yells back walking through the halls.

"Can we go now?" she asks, meaning to go to a concert.

"Ask your father," Liv shrugs. "Is Alyis taking you?"

"Yeah. Da!" she runs to where Kath and I are sitting in the office.

"Hmm?" I reply, Kath in my lap helping me with paperwork. Wondering why she doesn't pull up a chair? Ask her yourself.

"Can we go now?"

"Fuck. Yeah." I totally spaced the concert. Kath jumped out of my lap and runs into the hall.

"MORIA! RIAN! ALYIS! KATHERYN! CHARLIE! SUSANNAH! EMILY! MELONIE!" Kath calls out all the kid's names. They come bounding down the stairs. "Let's go. " Kath smiles and we all head out to our old tour bus.

Zayn drives and I look at our expanded families.

 I remember when it was just five guys. Five guys who were on those damned stairs, doing stupid things like when Lou started the 'I like girls, who eat carrots' thing and how he always wears stripes and red skinnies. How all Zayn cared about was looks, and Harry was obsessed with cats. How Liam used to be terrified of spoons etc. That time has come and gone but was a major part in my life.

 I remember how many fans would chase us and we'd turn into ninjas and climb buildings to get away. When fans would cry as they saw us, and how stupid we were on stage...

 We were at the Cuthbert amphitheater now, and we're seeing  our good old friend Ed Sheeran who’s done so much for us during our careers.

"Mom, I'm going to get food. Ok bye." Addison told Kath before she drug Alyis off. They're so not getting food.

 Slowly the kids bled off and it just left the five of us guys with our beautiful mates. People recognized us and seemed to be total Directioners still but they were more civilized and actually held a conversation. We all went to the front of the stage and sat in the seats and after a few minutes Ed stopped and talked.

"How are you guys doing tonight?" he asks and tipsy attendants hoot and holler. "I've noticed we have special guests here," he smiles down at us and we all look at each other. He'd better not say it. "My good friends..” he paused and grinned wildly. “ONE DIRECTION!" more hoots and hollers. He motions us on stage and our mates force us to go.

We stand in a line like old times and Ed DOES expect us to sing. "Hi, I'm Liam Payne." Liam starts.

"I'm Zayn Malik. " Zayn continues.

"I'm Niall Horan." I say.

"I'm Jennifer...." we laugh and glared. "..I'm Louis Tomlinson too.." he said sadly.

"I'm Harry Styles." Harry grinned.

"And we're One Direction." we say nervously like the very first time we performed. People got loud as we started to sing our first, and oldest hit, What Makes You Beautiful.

"So c-c-c'mon, you've got it wrong." Zayn sings. I watch the crowd and see our kids cheering us on but theres a girl with Rian. Hmm, maybe he isn't a loner boner. Maybe he’ll finally learn to Live While he’s Young.

 We ended our little reunion with Up All Night and climbed off stage. It was exciting, and I missed it but stage life definitely isn't for us anymore. I'm just glad that I had the chance to do it one last time.
