A/N: I posted CH10 last night and some of you are having a hard time accessing it. For some reason Wattpad has flagged it as ‘private’ and only readers that are logged in can access it. It seems that it is Wattpad policy and standard procedure (I will refrain from using the f word from now on.) Update: CH10 is not longer flagged as private by Wattpad and should be available to you now.

After the gala, Milo, Franco and Ana arrive to the apartment and find an exquisite flower arrangement. Beautiful red roses with a lavender rose in the middle drape over the entrance table alongside a box of chocolates.
“Those are nice,” Milo exclaims, “who are they from?” He wonders out loud.
Ana is petting Duke’s soft head. The dog sits slightly to her left side in front of her, his left paw extended to her as if to say ‘hi’; his hair is soft and curly. Ana gently pulls and scratch his fluffy ears. Franco, already suspecting the answer, picks up the card and reads it; hyperventilating he gives it to Ana. Ana straightens her back and grabs the card. She immediately knows who the sender must be and her stomach bottoms out. The card reads…
"If you look on the ground in search of a sixpence,
you don't look up, and so miss the moon."
You are my moon, Ana, my more

I’ll be waiting for you,

“Darling go; you got to go to him.” Milo says basically pushing her out of the door.
“I don’t even know where he is.” she complains.
“15 Central Park West, it says it right there you silly,” he points to the last line, “… just a block away now go. Or I’ll drag you there myself.”
“I am not going.”
“Of course you are.” Says Franco, pushing her out to the hallway and closing the door behind her.
- Why is he here? Why can’t he go back? He could get a sub or two or three and forget all about me. We both know I am not the type of girl he likes; there is no way I am letting him do all that stuff. It hurts but it is better we go our separate ways; someday, maybe, we’ll be able to be friends. No now, though, it is too hard for me to see him; it would break my heart if I see him with another.
Ana walks to the consigner, writes a note and asks for it to be delivered immediately; then, she goes right up to the apartment. There Franco and Milo are surprised to see her back so soon.
“I sent him a note,” she murmurs. “Good night and thank you for being such good friends. I really appreciate it, more than I can express but there is a lot of history between Christian and I…”
“Of course, dear.” Milo hugs her and holds her at an arm’s length examining her eyes.
Ana blinks a few times. “Oh, I am going to miss you guys!” She hugs both of them. “I am moving tomorrow.”
“I’ll be right there with you.” Franco has picked a red rose and swirls it around his fingers as his lips twist from side to side. He is trying, hard, not to say what’s in his mind such as what the Adonis do that is so wrong and will you be alright?
