Silently, I walk by the scene. I am
By myself through it all. I see it all
In front of me. And the trees fade as charm
Falls down from the crystal sky. Stretching tall
The clouds tower over me, yet the sun
Still finds a way to let it's light shine in
The fading night. Through the forest I run.
Darkness envelopes me. I cannot win.
Above, the glittering stars take my breath
Away. The darkness fades to peace, I feel
The presence, the light and seek it 'til death.
I follow You to the end. If I steal
A look back the way I came, I see my
Footsteps. Here I feel safe and I know why.
