Hey people! 

Yeah... As many of you can notice, it's been a fucking year since I last updated. But there's a good excuse! Senior year has been kicking my ass. Literally *sighs dramatically*. I'm in danger of not graduating because I failed AP English 3 my second semester so I'm missing those credits and I'm making them up but it's honestly fucking hard. SO that's my excuse for being hiatus for a year...

As you can tell from the picture above, my dear friend and fellow Wattpader died unfortunately on March 17 of 2018. She was hit by a speeding car. She didn't suffer which I'm glad for because she was a selfless, caring, lovable and happy-go-lucky ray of sunshine. She had barely turned 17 in November and we're literally 3 months away from graduating.  If she saw you alone in class, she would go and talk to you. She helped me get out of my shell my 8th-grade year and live in the moment. I'll forever remember our goofy and fun adventures as office aids from middle school and cherish them deeply. She didn't deserve this but I know it was her time to go. That being said...

This book is now going to be dedicated to Pammi. Rest in peace gorgeous and I'll see you one day

Isaac's POV:

I wake up with a gasp and look around frantically. My eyes fall on my mate sleeping peacefully on her stomach, naked with the covers around her waist. I pull the bed sheet up so it covers her shoulders from the breeze. I turn and sit on the edge of the bed while the sheets cover my most private area and putting my arms on my knees and my head in hands. I run my fingers through my curly hair and look at the digital clock on my nightstand. 3:09 am glows in neon green against the black of the clock.

I hear a rustle against a wall. I quickly look over and see a shadow by the window. I jump up and crouch while letting out a loud growl. The shadow lets out a girlish scream which confused the hell out of me.

Zina gasps when she sees the shadow in our room before screaming loudly. The shadow hisses at my mate before jumping through the open window right when the door busts open.

Zina's POV:

I was sleeping peacefully when I felt Isaac move and I slowly wake up. I turn my head towards him and that when I feel jump up. I see him crouch with his eyes glowing and growl. I quickly turn towards where he was growling at only to see a dark shadow figure. It gave off sinister vibes and it didn't sit well with me. I scream at the top of my lungs.

It hisses at me before jumping out of the open window. The door bursts open revealing dad, uncle Peter, Scott and Stiles with his bat. I quickly cover myself and shakily point towards the window. "What the hell was that?!", I scream loudly. "What was it?", dad growls as he transforms back from his beta form. "It was a pitch black shadow that was by the wall. It hissed at Zina before jumping out of the window", Isaac explains as he climbs into bed and covers himself. I nodded agreeing with him, "It gave off a very sinister feeling that had my hairs standing on end". 

"What else did it look like or give off?", uncle Peter asks. "Nothing. I screamed and it ran away", I shivered. Isaac comes closer to me and wraps his arm around me. I snuggle up close to him to warm up. Dad nods, "Okay. Scott and Peter, you'll be on guard from now until 11 am. Then Boyd and Isaac will relieve you until 4 pm. We'll then discuss a full schedule after dinner until we catch this thing", dad commanded. "Yes Derek", Scott and Uncle Peter responded then left. "Stiles, go to the security room and watch all surveillance from the past 4 days. I need to know how long this thing has been watching my family and how many times has it been in this house", dad looked at Stiles.
