Zina's POV:

I tried screaming at my mother's murderers again but after a while of cursing at them, they gagged me with a cloth. I tried breaking out of the restraints but they wouldn't budge. I hang my head and start sobbing silently. I finally calm down after a while and just sniffle every now and then.

I jump and let out a muffled scream when I feel a breath near my neck. "Hello, my queen. I hope these men have treated you fairly", I glare at Liam. I scream at him but all that comes out is muffled sounds. Liam and the 2 murderers laugh at me, "Oh sweetie, you must realize that once you calm down then we'll let you talk." I glare at them harder but quiet down. 

"Now let's play a little game. I need information on your father's pack. If you give me the right information and be respectful to me, then nothing will happen to you. If not, then I would have to hurt your gorgeous face and I don't want to do that to you...", Liam smirks sinisterly. Atlas smirks and cracked his knuckles while Koronos pulls in a cart from a dark area that's filled with weird looking instruments. My eyes widen when I see pliers, brass-knuckles wrapped in Wolfsbane and knives dipped in a purple liquid that smells a bit like Wolfsbane but also of something else I can't detect. I scream loudly when Liam cuts my shirt in half exposing my bra. 

"You let that stupid mutt mark you?!", Liam's eyes were filled with rage when he saw my mating mark. I whimper in fear and look away from him. He laughed in disbelief and grabbed one of the knives that had been dipped in the purple liquid. He pressed the knife against my mark and pressed down hard enough to penetrate my skin. I scream at the top of my lungs and they all laugh. "That's what you get for mating with him! You're mine! Not his or anyone else's!", he screamed at me as he cut harder into my mark. 

I scream and sob loudly. After what it felt like forever, he stopped. I was coming in and out of unconsciousness due to the pain and Wolfsbane. Liam gave the knife to Koronos and crouched in front of me. He pulled my face up by my chin and pulled down the gag. "Now, I need to know where your father or his pack keeps his family fortune. It has something very valuable that I need, so where does he keep it?", I look down. "I don't know", he slaps me and I groan in pain when my lip busts open. "Yes, you do! Where is it?!", he backhanded me this time and my head turns to the left side so fast that I felt I could've gotten whiplash. "I DON'T KNOW!!", I scream in his face but that resulted in him punching me in my stomach. I groan and doubled over in pain. 

This went on for what seemed hours. Question after question, punch after punch and cut after cut. In the end, I passed out from the pain, exhaustion, and the Wolfsbane in my system.
