A Trip To Remember

Chapter 4

5 minutes later I got my drink. I heard the door open so I looked up and saw Sammy stand there with none other than Jack. I didn’t really do anything. I didn’t want to act crazy by running up to him tackling him with a hug so I kind of just waiting until they walked towards me. Once Sammy walked up to me I hugged her.

“Sammy, you’re crazy,” I told her. I just heard her laugh and she said I know. Then I saw Jack talking to Sammy, but I was waiting for him to come up to me before I said anything. Sammy knew I was nervous. I mean come on I’ve been in love sense the first time I heard his name, the first time I saw him. Sammy knows this that’s why she was teasing me but right now she didn’t say anything because she knows when to stop. I turned around to look at Sammy and then I felt arms come around my waist. I jumped a little and I heard a little laugh.

“It’s nice to meet you gorgeous,” Jack whispered into my ear. He let go of my waist so I could turn around and hug him. He obviously knew I was a fan because he didn’t pull away when the hug got too long. I didn’t want him to let go. I loved being in his arms. After a while I let go and we all sat down. Sammy, Jack J, and Sammy W sat down on one side of the table and Jack G. sat down next t me. For some reason I felt like that was planned because Sammy (Bffl) smiled at me and winked. The waitress came over and took their order. I didn’t order anything because I already ate and had 2 drinks; I still wasn’t even done with my second drink.

“So, where are you girls headed to?” Jack asked looking at Sammy and I.

“We are going to the Bahamas because we finally convinced Marias mom to let her go,” Sammy replied.

“Oh, so you’re a mommy’s girl?”Jack replied with a smirk. I hate it when people bring my parents up.

“No I just don’t have a dad,” I replied with a smile.

“Oh, sorry…I just made this awkward,” Jack replied looking down. Then I heard Sammy, Sam W and Jack J laugh.

“Don’t be sorry, and not that awkward. I just usually give replies to make things awkward,” I replied laughing.

“Yeah she really does, she’s just naturally awkward,” Sammy replied.

There waitress finally came with their food and drinks. It was 8:39am so we had about 20 more minutes before our flight took off.

“We have 20 minutes until we have to leave,” I told Sammy while resting my head on the table.

“You tired? I heard Jack ask. I just looked up at him and nodded and then closed my eyes. I felt his hand rubbing my back, it felt really good. I wish I he could do that forever. This was literally my dreams come true. I met the love of my life.

“Are you girls from Omaha?” Sam W asked.

“Nah I’m from Florida but Maria has lived here her whole life,” Sammy replied. “Where are you guys headed?” Sammy asked. I forgot we never asked them that. I sat up again so I could hear what they were talking about. Jack was done eating so he was leaning back in his chair, he looked comfortable. I was trying not to fall asleep.

“You can lean your head on my shoulder if you’re that tired,” Jack whispered to me. I nodded and scooted closer to him to I could lean my head on his shoulder. I ended up calling asleep on his shoulder; I wish I could just sit here with him forever.
