"Okay, so when are we doing this?" I asked as I fiddled with my hands. I was now sat beside Taylor and Jenna, neither of them had moved much since I'd come in.
"Taylor, will be doing this at about seven o'clock tonight, so you have a while to go terrorise people, but please stay away from Archer and Keèrie for the time being." Jenna pleaded with me as I stood and headed out of the room.
I turned and smirked, "Do I look like the type of person to go looking for trouble?" I raised my eyebrow and laughed when they both stared at me, eyebrows quirked up and their mouths twisted slightly, "Never mind don't answer that." It was only five to three, I had a little time to fill in. Well this should be fun, I think I'll go play with my new buddy Justin.
I stopped just outside of the living room and I closed my eyes, may as well try out some of these powers, I though as I thought of Justin. I concentrated on him and I felt a slight buzzing in my head, at first I thought it was another migraine humming my way but instead I got a mental image of him in the games room talking to Peter.
I smirked and opened my eyes, "Yes!" I pumped the air with my fist and did a little happy dance, "I'm awesome!" I whisper yelled to myself and then skipped down the hall. I found the games room easily and I slipped through the door quietly. I watched as Peter and Justin sparred gracefully with each other.
I saw Peter's eye glimpse my way for a second as a smirk pulled at his lips, Justin looked too and Peter took his legs out from under him and I laughed as Justin fell to the floor.
"Hello my beautiful cousin-in-law, to be." Peter smirked and blurred to my side. I blinked and he wrapped an arm around my shoulders dragging me forward with him, "Would you like to spar with me, Trin?" He asked and I shook my head quickly, "What? The most powerful creature the earth has ever seen is backing out of a simple fight with a lowly demon hybrid." He smirked as I glared at him.
"I don't know how to, and if I did I bet I could beat you any day." I huffed and looked to Justin who had began to chuckle at me. I glared at him and he blanched.
"Well I can teach you. I taught the best, seriously I'm a master with staffs." He smiled proudly as he spun the wooden pole in his hands. I watched as the pole got faster.
"Fine." I huffed but I was really jumping with excitement inside. I would finally be able to kick someone's ass without having to use my weird talents. I smiled to Justin as I robbed the wooden bar in his hands. He stepped back and sat in a corner as I faced Peter.
"Now, once you get the hang of it you'll be able to wield pretty much any hand held weapon. Apart from fire arms, obviously." He smiled as I tried to copy what he was doing earlier, I spun the wood around in my hand. I smiled as it flowed effortlessly, I spun it a bit faster. My fingers slipped and the pole fell from my hand and clattered to the ground. I scowled at the pole as I picked it back up and tried again. I got it to a faster speed then before but it still dropped from my hands, I kept it up until I could keep a steady pace without me dropping it.
"Well done, you're a quick learner. That's good cause you haven't got all night." He winked, I couldn't hold back to chuckle that escaped my lips.
"Yeah I know." I replied as I concentrated back on the pole in my hands.
