George waits quietly at the end of the empty hall with a case in one hand and other ready to open it.

Hermione walks down the hall in a hurry like always. She carries a stack of books her hands.

Just as she reaches the end of the hallway and is about to turn, George opens the case and throws it, the cover opening slightly.

George hides himself in the shadows, so the boggart doesn't notice him.

A crack is enough for this boggart to get out. The boggart instantly forms into Professor McGonagall with a frown on her face.

"Good evening, Professor." Hermione says and begins to go past her.

"Miss Granger, you have drastically failed your exams." 'Professor McGonagall' says.

Hermione stops and looks at her in horror. "Failed?" She croaks out.

"Yes, failed. Failed with a T."

Tears start streaming on Hermione's face. She stands, frozen and unable to reply.

"All of them?" She asks, with a whisper. If Hermione spoke any louder, she would start sobbing erratically.

"All of them. It's disappointing, miss Granger."

Hermione's shoulders start shaking with silent sobs. At this point, George felt bad so he thought of something funny and whispered, "Riddikulus."

The boggart then changed into Professor McGonagall dressed as Professor Snape.

Hermione looked at the boggart in confusion. "Professor, why are you wearing Professor Snape's clothes?"

George shook his head and repeated the spell again. The boggart then changed into Professor McGonagall dressed as Minnie Mouse.

Hermione figured out what was going on and pulled out her wand. She pointed at the boggart and said, "Riddikulus!"

The boggart was sent back into the case and Hermione locked the case.

George was trying to sneak away, but Hermione noticed him.

"The real Professor McGonagall will hear about this."
