I have finished the song for the umpteenth time and I pause it to take a breather. Tonight is the show and I am nervose as all hell. I know the dance and everything, it's just not perfect. I decide to do it once more. I turn on the song and watch myself closely. Everything looks just fine but there is just something. I finish it and go to hit replay again.
"Hobi, baby, you need to rest. You've been at it since 7 am," Yoongi says taking my phone away.
"I know. I just get so wound up before a show because I want it to be perfect," I sigh resting my head on his shoulder.
"You smell like death," Yoongi pushes me away, "let's head home so you can get cleaned up."
I just nod as the exhaustion his me hard and relentlessly. I intertwine my fingers with his as we walk to my place. He keeps me moving past our favorite coffee place and straight home. I guess he knows how tired I am. He helps me stumble a bit up the stairs and into my apartment. I head straight for the shower as Yoongi sits on the bed waiting.

Yoongi's POV

I sit on the bed waiting for my boyfriend to come out and rest. I know how much he has been working himself and it worries me. I have seen what it has done to Kook and Joon. Hobi took this to a whole new level though. He pushes himself to the absolute max. I hear the water turn off and Hobi walks out in just his shorts and dripping hair. He dries his hair a bit with a towel before jumping on the bed and curling up and resting his head on my lap. I run my hand through his hair as he closes his eyes yawning.
"Don't overwork yourself, baby," I sigh.
"I'll try not too. I just want it to be perfect," He mumbles before falling asleep.
I lean back into the pillows and text Kook to make sure he isn't working himself to death either.

Kid: Hyung I am practicing
Me: How long have u been practicing
Kid: Since 8 y?
Me: Stop now and go home to ur boyfriend.
Kid: He is here.
Me: Then go home with him. u need to rest before the show.
Kid: but hyung!
Me: Go
Me: Home
Me: Now
Kid: fine.
Me: Good. ttyl
