Chapter Nine

Receives a text from Mia.

*Can't make it G*

Am guessing Ryan isn't coming either so its just me, Cassie and Chris but you know what! It doesn't matter if Ryan comes or not, I'll enjoy this moment  regardless. For what it takes,  my happiness comes first.

"Just received a text from Mia, she's not coming" I inform Cassie and Chris.
"To bad, I wanted to bang that ass" of course this is Chris biting his bottom lip and sounding so nasty.
"Ew, stop that, it isn't catchy" Cassie rolls her eyes.
"It ain't supposed to be, to someone like yah hun"
"Haha, what a great come back Chris" I laugh.

I serve my guest better yet, "the usual" with Triscuit Tuna and cocktail.

" Yo Yo,am in no dietizim, I want some meat and Whiskey" he says in his bass voice. Puberty did him well. 

"There is some meat In the fridge, you can just warm it up, sadly there's no whiskey but there's vodka, lover boy"
I tell him and he goes to the kitchen leaving me and Cassie alone in living room.

"He is so dramatic, does he have a girlfriend"? I ask knowing the answer.

"Really? This thing has no girlfriend but he sure has girls he plays around with"
We both laugh.

"I heard that, you two bubbles" Chris walks back to us.
"Hopefully, someone, soon, sweeps you off your feet" I smile.
"Is that what you planning Ms D"?
"In your wildest dreams" I roll my eyes.
"My dreams always wide babe"
"You guys stop it"!  Cassie yells.

I and Cassie continue enjoying our cocktails while Chris... Well vodka is working.

"Don't get to drunk boy, am not gonna drive you home " Cassie tells Chris.
"I could easily just crash here right Anne"?
"No, you have no room here besides my boyfriend is coming over" I tease them

"What!?  Boy?  You mean you?  No ways!" He sounds shocked. 
"Why is that Chris? you think am not 'cool'  enough to date?" I look at him straight in his eyes, wanting to his next answer.

"I mean, if you should have a boyfriend, it should be me!"

Did not expect that

"He had a crush on you " Cassie let's out.
"No I did not.  I was doing Ryan a favour"

Ryan a favour?

"And what favour was that?"
"Nah, I  ain't saying noth

"Okay, well now you Cassie, how's your love life"?
"It sucks, am over Nathan but I miss him sometimes you know."

"Girls girls girls, more of why I hate hanging out with girls, Your'll love sick". Chris says drinking his shot of vodka.

"You know you should try being Inlove sometime" cassie tells him
"Nah hun,  am good. Loves shit" he's voice is tense.  More like he is speaking from experience.

No love is not shit.
Love is an amazing thing.
Love is when you look at your significant other and see your whole life there, infront of you. It gives you power yet leaves you powerless.
Love awakens your soul and makes you reach out for more.
It hurts yes, but gives us strength.
There's no life without love.
Life is Life because of Love.
Its just beautiful.  Only if you find the right person.
