Ray screeched and batted Whale off, sending him crashing into a palm tree and getting entangled in a bush.
STUPID! Why would I just LASH OUT LIKE THAT?! Whale, you're SO STUPID!
Ray walked over to him, furious.
"How dare you order me." She said in a dangerous tone.
Whale backed away.
"No-!...Ray, no, this was just....just a misunderstanding!"
Ray took another step forward and snapped her fingers.
Downpour and Stingray's cage, both still watching them, stopped burning. Downpour fell to the bottom of the tipped over cage, exhausted. Stingray stood up and watched Whale with a scared look.
Whale's breath came in gasps.
Ray snarled and put a foot on his chest, applying massive amounts of pressure.
Whale didn't do anything in defense.
Just let her kill you, Whale. You really are too stupid and weak for this world.
Whale shut his eyes and laid back, the pain just setting in before it stopped.
He opened one eye.
"R-........Ra-.......Ray?"
Ray was walking towards Downpour and Stingray.
She had....spared him....
But what was she going to do with Stingray and Downpour? She had chose to leave him alone and start walking towards the caged dragons...
Whale's eyes widened.
She's going to do what she wanted to do to me! STINGRAY!
Whale roared and leaped into the air, tackling Ray. She roared and struggled under his pin, roaring again as she latched her jaws onto his wrist.
Whale yelped and jumped back, Ray shoving him to the ground and bolting to Stingray and Downpour's cage.
"Ray!"
His screams echoed through her mind.
But why did she care? He was just a servant to her. No more.
