Chapter 5

Day passed without any major events, I tried to watch Beam from afar and then pick him up for dinner if I he would join me.

Lam told me I was being extremely stupid for chasing after someone who is pining on someone else, but for some reason I am really attracted to him, it was not just the fact that I slept with him – I have done it with others before but Beam.... Beam was something completely different.

I took a deep breath, I really wanted to give it a try – if it is not meant to be then okay, but it should not be like I didn't try my best.

Yup, am stupid but I will never regret trying. I made up my mind as I saw him leaning in on Pha I am going to do everything I can to win him.

Lam and the gang joined me, and we had fun walking around but I kept my eye on Beam every now and then, he seemed to be getting along fine with everyone and that's a good thing I hope

"Beam" Pha prompted, "Are you listening"

I straightened myself and gave him a smile "I am, and no it is not Kit"

Pha just looked at me in the eye "Really?... But, I thought... But"

"Dude, I like girls with big, BIG boobs" I told him in the smuggest way possible

He raised his eyes "Really?"

"Really"

"So you are not going to tell me who?"

"You wouldn't know"

"Prick" he slightly hit me on the head "Who is in your life that I do not know?"

I just smiled, "Let it go Pha, I want to have fun"

He sighed and nodded, "If you ever need me I am here and so is Kit"

"I know"

He still was not convinced, "I mean it"

"Yeah, Yeah" I nodded "Yo has made you a softie" I laughed and ran as he tried to kick me "Let's go make some money"

"Kitkat?" Ming called

"Don't call me that" I barked back, quickly checking if someone is listening in on us, he has developed this habit of calling me as KitKat or Kitty – which is fine when we are alone but a bit embarrassing in public.

"Hey, I am offering you a chocolate" he winked and usually his smile will melt my heart but today... today it was frozen from shock I think.

I forced a smile, Ming has been relentless in chasing me and I finally decided to take a chance on him. We have been dating for a month now, but I still am not sure if we are in love.

"No Thanks" I pushed him away a bit "we are in a market , and move.... "

He gave me his puppy eyes and very adorable pout , "I don't want to"

I went in closer "You have too... now go find Yo, and have fun"

He sighed "Okay" and he moved in closer to give me a kiss and I kissed him back on his cheek "Now ... scram"

"Is everything okay?" he asked all of a sudden

"Hmmm?"

"There is something off" he said as he moved out "But I can make you better" he winked as he stepped out
