(Connor's POV)

As soon as the stranger revealed her face underneath her fragrant hair, my rumpled forehead became calmed and my eyes were locked upon her gorgeous features.

She's so pretty. Her smooth pale skin was flawless, her bright, bold blue eyes were looking at me And her lips has the color of a pink rose. She chuckled. Ooh, that sounded cute.

Wait a minute- I didn't know this girl yet I am saying these stuff? Let alone her name! Stop it Con, take a deep breath- and exhale slowly...

"You look familiar..." I wondered. Yes she does seem familiar. Very familiar? "Have we met before?" I asked.

"Uuuhmmm... no?" She faked a laugh, trying to recover from her embarrassed red face. "No." She added.

"Uhh, that's weird-" I muttered, but got interrupted. She cleared her throat and I looked up at her.

"Uhm, may we talk about this, nicely, perhaps?" She offered. "Oh oops, sorry," I said.

"Nah, that's okay." She returned.

I sat on one of the stools by the kitchen counter. She washed her face with water before she sat down beside me. "Now, where were we?" I cracked the silence.

"Oh, right. Well, I am Jems' cousin. I came here to London for a vacation plus he suggested that I should celebrate my birthday here in London," she explained. I see.

"How long will you stay here?" I asked.

"A month or so, maybe two? I don't know. It depends." She smiled.

"Oh, cool," I said. Wow Connor, you really know how to keep up conversations. Clap for me.

"You know, I think I heard about you... or perhaps your name?" I asked.

"Maybe Jems tell you guys some things about me," I smiled at her. Wow, she is naturally pretty. No, gorgeous. Yeah, now I meant it. "Wait, I hope it's not rude things," she looked panicked.

I laughed. "Oh yeah, I remember you now... don't worry, I'm pretty sure Jems haven't told us anything embarrassing about you, so far."

She sighed as if she's been so relieved. I snickered.

"Jems also mentions you to me." She said. For some reason my smile went up to the rooftop, if that's even right.

"I know, it's the embarrassing ones-" we said in unison. We chuckled.

Somehow our conversation kept on going and we mostly had fits of laughter in between them. She's very kind. Beautiful. Adorable. Everything suits her.

(Penelope's POV)

I am so glad Connor is talking to me and not thinking of me as a very awkward person. Sometimes I just find it weird because time after time I notice Connor look at me, smirking.

Not so long later we heard footsteps behind and we saw James going down the stairs.

We turned around and saw him looking at us. "I see you have already met, personally..." He said.

My eyes widened with the sudden realization, James didn't tell me that the boys were staying here at his flat. Considering the fact that Connor met me with my ugly countenance, not even being able to fix myself up just a bit.

I stood up and dashed to James, pinched his ear and dragged him out of the living room just by the door.

"What the heck man?! Why didn't you tell me they were staying here?" I started whisper-yelling at James.

James erupted into fits of laughter by which I guess will last long somehow. "Uh, I did tell you? Or maybe you were too busy wandering about in the car," he said in between chuckles.

"You did?" Okay, sure it's my fault, however, he still should've reminded me about it again!

Right now I was panicking. Then James smiled from ear to ear, looking at me evilly.

"What?!" I cried.

"You don't like Connor don't ya?" He asked.

"Huh?" Still don't get it.

"You don't like him Penny. You were so mad at me for not telling you that Connor's staying here... mhmm," he blurted.

I still didn't know what the hell's he talking about, so I stayed there in silence.

"You like like him!!" He cried with a bit of posh accent.

My jaw was left hanging. "No I do not! Why do you keep teasing me?" I stepped on his foot. Hard. He flinched at the pain and screamed. "Please just stop it, before you embarrass me infront of him," I pleaded with my puppy eyes.

He chuckled. "Fine, but you're still denying," he trailed off.

Do I really like like him? Or is this just a stupid little thing called infatuation? I was lost deep, in my thoughts. Nah, it's none of the above. My mind's just messing with me.

"Yeah, whatever Jems!" I followed him back to the living room earning a very confused look from the gorgeous hot dirty blonde boy sitting on the sofa.

"Oh please, dear god nooooo" He screamed out covering his ears and rambled. Note to self: call James 'Jems' everytime I want to get what I want.

I sat on the sofa beside Connor, still glaring at Jemsy as he went to the kitchen.

Great. I am alone again. With Connor. Oh please help me.
