chapter 7

HAYES POV 

Karen looked supirsed when I asked her out on a date, and yes I know its not romantic asking her out on a date over face time but I didn't know how else to ask her out on a date. So it was 2:30 know and I don't know what to do, so I texted Karen to see if she wanted to hangout before the movies and she said sure. We were going to walk around our neibjorbood and the good thing about our neibjorbood is that there is a beach near us so thats awesome. I left my house after I found a muscle tee from our school and I threw it on, I opened my door and zoomed down the stairs and said that I was going to Karen's house I left after that expecting my mom to hear what I said but I doubt it she did. it was like a 2 minute walk to Karen's cause I literally had to walk across my backyard and walk right next door. It was getting hot I could feel it. When I got to the door of Karen's house I rang the door bell and I heard Karen scream " coming!" right after that she opened the door.

" hey Hayes!" said Karen while opening the door.

" hey Karen!" I said while looking at her.

" come in it's hot outside!" Said Karen while closing the door while I entered her house.

" I thought we were going for a walk?" I said while turning around to face her.

" Yeah thats fine let me go get my flip flops one." Said Karen while running upstairs to her room.

When she was gone upstairs I was looking at the pictures her mom has of her as a child, she was so cute it was funny I started to giggle and i guess Karen heard me because she stopped walking down the stairs and started to watch me look at her pictures.

" what are you laughing at..?" said Karen while coming down the stairs.

" ohh I was laughing at how cute you were in your baby pictures" I said while looking at her.

" Okay I understand I'm not cute now I get it.." Said Karen while crossing her arm together.

"  I never said that your cute now and back then." I said there was and akaward silence after I said that and I also noticed she was blushing.

" aww thanks Hayes" Said Karen while going in for a hug but I mean I hugged her back.

" okay shall we go for our walk?" I said while looking at her.

" yes we should." Said Karen while walking towards the door.

when we got outside I could feel the heatness on us, it was fine since we were walking to the beach.

" Karen guess what I just noticed!" I said while turning my head to face her.

" that were holding hands..?" Said Karen while looking at me and I looked down to see that we were holding hands but I didn't mind.

" well I actually didn't notice that I noticed that were both wearing a muscle tee!" she stared to laugh at me

" why are you laughing?" I said looking at her confused.

" well first I'm laughing cause you didn't even noticed that we were holding hands and especially when you made the move to grad my hand." after that she let go of my hand.

" why did you let go?" I said while looking at her even more confused.

" cause you didn't even noticed.." She said while looking down, and I could tell that she was mad cause how Nash says when  a girl is looking down it's because there mad.

" i'm sorry, but that doesn't mean i don't want to hold your hand" I said while grabbing her hand and pushing her forwards me.

"Hayes let me go. please. " she said while trying to push off.

" No Karen I'm not letting go, I'm never letting go of you never." I said while we were getting closer and closer right after I finished my sentence she stopped having her little fight with my hand and starred at me. we got closer and I made a move and I kissed her. I kissed Karen. we were kissing for a few moments and then she pulled away. She looked at me and ran away towards her house.

" Karen please wait!" I said while chasing after her. She wasn't faster then we so I caught up to her she was crying. when she got to her house she sat on the front porch.

" Karen why are crying ?" I said while sitting down next to her.

" I just don't know what to do, at one point I have tons of feelings for you but then I feel like you don't and I don't want to get hurt I really don't Hayes." Said Karen while crying her eyes out in my shoulders.

" Karen look at me please." I said while looking down at her. she looked up at me with her beautiful blue ocean eyes.

" I would never ever, ever want to hurt you never, and I do have feelings for you and a lot of feelings. I just didn't know how to tell you." I said while looking at her, her face looked confused.

" wait... you have feelings for me?" said Karen while picking up her face.

" yes and I was wondering if you wanted to be... my... girlfriend, Karen will you like to be my girlfriend?" I said while looking at her beautiful eyes.

" Hayes, I would love to be your girlfriend!" she said while smiling and giving me a hug.

" really?" I said while looking at her so surprised.

" yes!" she said while starring at me back.

"oh my gosh yasss" I said while giving her a hug. I was so surprised when she said yes.

" okay Hayes im going to get ready for the movies." said Karen while standing up from the coach, and walking over to the door.

" okay" I said while standing up and walking her to her door, right before she went inside she gave me a kiss on the cheek.

" see you later" she said while whispering in my ear.

I laughed and stood there and said

"see you later beautiful." 

" okay" she said and smiling while closing the door. 

KAREN'S POV. 

I can't believed Hayes asked me out. I was supirsed but I really do like him a lot. And I can't wait to go on our first date today.
