"How come you made yourself wear those hideous glasses, Bryce?" Paige asked him.

We gathered once again at our table with the food being served. The negative energy I felt that dissipated earlier was slowly beginning to rise again. I've never been sensitive about anything but why am I like this when girls take notice of him.

"Yeah! Why did you have to hide those gorgeous eyes of yours?" Gelu said with a dreamy sigh.

Bryce chuckled and decided not to answer the question as he kept on eating. While I, on the other hand was fuming inside. Oh, my friends! Why did you have to be such big flirts like me?! If looks could give out a punch, these two would have been seeing stars now.

I was glaring at my ice cream when I felt lips touch my temple.

"You look cute when you frown," he whispered and my heart skipped a beat.

The two flirts with us on the table sighed dreamily.

"Oh my god! Can you do that to me, too?"

"Me too!"

I was already full to the brim with these girls! "Where the hell are your dates?! Why do you have to keep pestering mine?"

"Oh, why would we want to be with them when the most gorgeous guy here at the ball is here at this table?" Paige said fluttering her lashes at Bryce, the flirt!

My vision was about to turn red when he turned to her and said, "You know, I love it every time girls say that about me but," he pulled me closer to him and gave me a light kiss on the neck sending shivers up my spine, "this girl here is all I want,"

All my senses went haywire! I want him! I need him! I must have him soon!

"I want to leave now," I said holding his gaze and bit my lip to add some temptation to which he gave in to by giving it some taste. Paige and Gelu gasped but I don't care. In my world, they are totally forgotten.

He had the most seductive smile on his lips that had me so hot. "If we leave now, you might not get the crown of being Queen of the Ball."

"I don't care as long as I am the queen who will rock your world."

His sexy chuckle made me want to start licking him all over. But I had to contain myself. We've done enough indecent PDA at this gathering as it is. The night is still young and I know that a lot more naughty stuff awaits.

"And naturally, I'll be the king to rock yours?"

"Of course," I replied as I stood and pulled him out of his chair.

"Oh, can't you wait until the ball ends?" Gelu said which was near to a whine.

"Yeah! Don't be such a spoilsport, Erin! Stay until the end of the ball." Paige nearly begged.

I was about to give out a snappy reply when Bryce beat me to it as he pulled me close to him.

"Sorry, girls," he said without even looking at them his gaze fixated on me, "But I promised my girl here something much more exciting than the ball. And now she's too impatient to wait so we have to dash now."

Wow! The way he said that really made me anticipate what lies ahead after we leave the ball.

Ooh.. I just can't wait! ran through my thoughts as he half dragged me to the exit. I was only able give out a hasty wave to the two left at the table before we finally exited the ballroom.
