Chapter 10- Not So Scary

"Hi!" I said back to Louis. He walked over to me and gave me a big hug like I was a friend he hasn't see in a while. He took me completely by surprise. Niall must have seen my face because he started laughing.

"To close, love?" Louis asked.

"No! I just wasn't expecting that!" I assured him.

Kara and I introduced ourselves to the others. They all seemed very nice. It was dark outside and the lights in the park got turned on. It was very romantic. Every couple kind of walked off together. We were still in a group just more spaced out, in our own conversations.

Kara and Harry were walking very close their hands almost touching. I kept watching trying to find my inner mind control powers. They started holding hands! Mission accomplished!

Niall saw me smile and looked over at Kara and Harry.

"Happy?" He asked jokingly.

"Very. She wouldn't shut up about him. All she asked if I thought he liked her."

"Did you ask her about me?"

"That's for Kara's ears. Not yours." I responded back with a smile.

"Now your playing with me, huh?" Niall retorted smiling cheekily.

"I don't know." I sighed, I still had a big smile on my face. I was having the night of my life.

"It's very romantic, the trees lining the sidewalk, with the stars out and lights on. Quite picturesque."

"I know. Gives me this idea to take this photo." I pulled out my camera and took a photo. I showed Niall the picture and he took the camera from me.

"This picture is pretty, but you in it would make it beautiful." Niall claimed.

"Sure. I would just ruin it."

"You just don't see what others see. Go stand over by the lamp pole!"

"Fine." I walked over by the pole.

"Actually smile! Pose a little!" Niall commanded. I did as he said. He walked over and showed me the picture. It was a gorgeous picture. He gave me the 'I told you so' look.

"OK. I like it. Shoot me." I said and I threw my hands up showing defeat.

Niall laughed and we continued down the path following the others.

"Under the lights tonight, you turned around..." Niall started whisper singing.

"Oh my god. No! Don't do that please!" I shouted.

Niall laughed at making me humiliated. He came over and gave me a hug and apologized for humiliating me. I accepted and we started walking again and as we walked Niall slid his arm from around me and grabbed my hand gently.

We walked holding hands. It was so natural. We pointed out different stars in the night. We finally reached the end of the path and met up with the others.

Louis was talking to Eleanor with his arms around her waist and hers around his neck. Zayn and Perrie were siting on a bench talking and Liam and Danielle were just holding hands talking. I looked around for Kara and Harry.

"Where's Kara and Harry?" I asked Niall.

"I have no clue." Niall said looking around.

I looked around and saw 2 figures come out of some bushes. I turned Niall in the direction and showed him  the figures. As they came closer the light started to shine on them.

I saw Harry first with leaves stuck in his curly hair. He had the cheekiest smile on his face.

I looked at Kara next. Her shirt was askew, leaves in her hair, which was a huge mess, and a huge smile on her face.
