Chapter 3

It was around 3 o'clock in the morning. "Oh my god! Why am I waking up this early!" I thought to myself. I sat up in the bed and looked around. "So, this really isn't a dream....." I said. I had to pee and I was thirsty. I decided to get rid of my urination problems first. Once I was out of the bathroom, I snuck down to the kitchen so I could grab a glass of water. I really wasn't in the mood to rush so I took my time getting everything. I also didn't want to wake anyone in the house. While I was drinking my water I heard foot steps coming into the kitchen. Me, I picked up a random wooden spoon. I live alone so this was a general instinct for me. Once I saw some bushy hair coming my way, I remember I don't live alone anymore. I put the spoon back really quick and stared drinking my water again. "Oh, you down here?" Laurent asked. "I'm sorry. Did I wake you. God I'm so dumb to think I could get down here wit....." I was cut off by Laurent laughing. "You no wake me. I am thirsty, I only want water." He said grabbing for a cup. "Oh." I said. I felt so foolish. "Why you up?" Laurent questioned. "Same as you." I said not knowing how big of a smile I had on my face. Something about the twins just kept me entertained.

Laurent and I sat down starts watching TV for a little while. We both knew that we weren't getting back to sleep anytime soon. "What should we watch?" I asked Laurent while sitting down on the couch. He sat on the other side. "I don't know." He muttered. I took the remote playfully from his hands. I changed the channel to SpongeBob. "I'm sorry I am still a big child." I laughed. "That okay. I like this show." He laughed. We watched SpongBob for hours. Then suddenly the words become harder to hear and my vision started to die out. All I remember is falling asleep on Laurent's lap.
